The house was dark and chilly when I walked in causing me to shiver. I sighed lightly as I walked to my bedroom. My phone was going crazy with notifications as I sat down. "Huh.?" I grumbled pulling it out. "Not everyone's who they seem" with my tag. I cocked my head as I groaned lightly at the name 'Cara'. Course she would want to start drama. Everyone who saw it was reposting or sharing with me. I closed my phone and tossed it on the pillow. I slumped back with closed eyes. "Why." I mumble. "Why..." I say quieter. 'BZZZ BZZZ' my phone started ringing. 'Abbie' was calling. I slid the phone on to answer. "Hey." I mumbled as I ran my fingers through my fluffy hair. "Hey, everything alright?" Abbie was an old high school friend and she didn't believe any when the thing happened. She stayed put beside me. "I'm fine, why are you calling anyways?" I said in a softer tone. "Well, I wanted to see if you'd like to go out for your birthday. We have yet to do anything since we graduated. We need to do something!!" She said, I could hear the smile in her voice as she said the last sentence. "You know how 'work' is" I say, with a sigh. "Is that a no.?" She said with a sigh of sadness. "Nono, I'd love to!! I just haven't been able to get out much. What did you have in mind?" I say as I sit up, resting my back on the wall behind me. "Dinner? Movie? Bowling? Skating??" She said with a massive grin again showing in her voice. "How about all" I say as I nodded. "Whatever you'd like to do birthday boy!" She said as we said are goodbyes and ended the call. I sighed with a smile as I sat up.
