Sareena's POV
8 months later :
I'm now 19 years and it was cool in high school to have my nickname but im grown now. I have a beautiful daughter & step son & a baby on the way Goldie had got to go. Yes I will always be Goldie but right now I wanna just be Sareena. I had just put Carmen & Amari to bed and stood in the mirror. My belly was HUGE! I was no doubt scared cause I haven't given birth in the longest time. Since I was 16.. It felt amazing to carry Marquis's baby. I sat down on the bed and flipped through the channels. Me and Marquis moved a while back everyone got there situations together and we were all happy now. It was pretty big with the nicest backyard. Time passed by & I dosed off to be woken up by my phone. I looked down at the time and then answered my phone it was Langston.
"hello?"
"hey , you was sleep?"
"uh, yeah but I needed to get up anyways. Wassup ?"
"I wanna come by and get Carmey."
"uh ok I guess."
"I'll be there in 5."
I hung up and laid back down for a little bit I was having pains. I thought sleeping them off would make it better and it was a little better but I still couldn't really bare the pain. Just then Carmey and Mari came running in the room.
"Hey ma !" Mari jumped on the bed
"hello my little munchkins" I kissed their cheeks
"wen sissy coming mommy?" Carmen asked
"Hopefully soon, mama" "But come on cause your daddy and your mommy is coming soon."
They ran down the hall and I wobbled behind them. My time was almost up! Thank the Lord I was ready for baby girl to come out ! I did Carmen's hair then Amari's after I was done Langston and Jasmin came to get the kids. I said my good bye and they all went their separate ways. I went to kitchen to get something to eat there wasn't anything already cooked and I didn't feel like driving, I couldn't ask Marquis to get me anything cause he was at work. So I started cooking something to eat for me and Johnny since he was coming home soon. Then I got a really sharp pain and it just kept coming. I never experienced this type of pain before. I say down at the island as the pain got sharper. I decided to go upstairs and call the doctors, while walking down the hall the pain got sharper and sharper every 5 mins. I had no idea what was going on I didn't go through this with Carmen. Once I got to the steps and I couldn't make it up the steps! I sat at the bottom of the steps and cried I tried to crawl up the steps but I couldn't. I tried calling Johnny's phone like 12 times but he didn't answer. I held on to my stomach and started rubbing it I just laid back on the steps feeling weak. I looked down at my legs feeling something moist on my hands. When I looked at my hands I saw blood! I screamed and try to yell for some help maybe the neighbors would hear me. But no one heard me I tried calling Johnny again but no answer. I started to blank out and then everything went dark.
Samaya's POV :
I was going to Sareena's house to see how she was doing. I knocked on the door 5 times still no answer. Her car was in the drive way , so I called her phone 3 times still no answer. i went through the mail box and got the keys out. I walked in the house and called her name I didn't here anything but I smelled food cooking. I went into the kitchen and looked for her but she wasn't there only burning food on the stove top. I rushed to turn it off and put my stuff on the counter. I turned around and looked for her. I thought that she might've went up stairs so I walked to back. I found her unconscious I screamed and rushed to her side.
" SAREENAA!!!" I shook her and looked down and saw blood a lot of it! I called 911 then Johnny's phone about 5 times he didn't answer so I called everyone else and told them what was up.
Marquis' POV :
Once I got out of the studio I checked my phone and saw that I had 17 missed calls. 12 from Sareena 5 from Samaya. Then I got a text from Langston telling me to go to the hospital. I told the boys just as they was about to tell me.
"Come on man ! Sareena's in the hospital" Nicky yelled
"What ?!?! why ?!?" I asked
"Enough questions just come tf on !" Duce yelled getting into the car
I got into the front seat and put in my seat belt. I was quite for the first time in the car with these fools I passed in smokin a blunt .. I was just so worried I had no clue what to think. Once we pulled up to the hospital I jumped out the car and ran into the waiting room. I didn't see Sareena but I saw Jasmin the kids and Langston.
"What happened ?!" I asked
"We don't know"
"Why didn't you answer your phone Johnny ?!?! Sareena was laid out ! something else could've happened !! And you weren't there what's your problem ?!" Samaya went off
Julian pulled her back down and led her tight.
"I just got my phone ! I didn't see it you know I would've answered it if I was around !!!"
"Nurse where is Sareena at ?! that's my fiancé and I need to see her she's pregnant with our baby !"
" Sir you need to calm down ok , she's in icu and you can't see her until she's better"
"Bull shit I want to see her NOW !" I yelled
" Excuse me but keep your niggerish ways out of this hospital ok !" she got smart with me
"Who the hell you talking to lady ?! Ion give a fuck about this hospital I need to see my baby and my wife !!!" I punched a wall ( like in you got served )
Nicky , Julian , Langston ,DayDay & Diggy held me back.
"We all love her man she gonna be ok ! she gonna make it out of this !!!" Lang said sounding reassuring
"You and me of all people know that , mostly you because you been with her longer than me ! but I swear I just wanna know that and see her for myself" I said
Just then a lady walked out , I didn't know her but she looked familiar.
"That's doctor Sandy she's the one who delivered Carmen. She's in good hands " Lang patted my back and sat down.
"Mr. Garcia ?"
"Yes ?"
"She wants to see you. Then the rest of the family can come and see her "
They all nodded their heads in agreement.
I wanna see her so bad !!!
