Hermione's P.O.V
"Malfoy?" I said very shocked
"Granger? Oh Merlin I-I didn't know this was your house I'm just in a tough time well I'll go. Well bye"
Just as he was walking away I could here him mumbling things, and then I remembered that he said he was in a tough time.
"Wait." I said not know what I had just done. "Why don't you come inside for a bit I'll put some tea on." What am I saying, oh my stars. He walks in and I shut my front door.
"Wow your house is quite nice."
"Did you just give me a compliment?" Did he just give me a compliment what is going on?!
"Merlin I think I did."
"Go a head and sit on the couch I'll be back with the tea." I'm guessing that he was admiring my house because when I came back from the kitchen he was up and looking at everything. "I'm back."
"Thank you granger. You're nice to me why? Even when I called you those thing when we were at hogwarts."
"Why are you here Malfoy" I said sternly looking into his beautiful gray eyes.... Wait what, what did I just say his eyes are not beautiful, not even handsome. I'm just going to forget I said that.
"Well... I'm in a bit of a pickle here, my house burned down a few days ago and I have know one to turn to, Blaise wouldn't let me stay with him and Pansy and Crabbe is in Australia for vacation."
"But how did you get my address."
"I had lunch with one of my mothers friends and they told me that a Gryffindor lived here but they didn't tell me who."
"But why didn't you use your wand to put the fire out?"
"Well you see my wand was in the fire I forgot to grab it and I got my new one a few days ago. And I was wondering if I could stay here for a little while until I get my house rebuilt?"
"What are you saying?"
"Can I live here"
"Um..."
"Granger please, I'm desperate."
"First off if we are going to live with each other you're going to call me Hermione."
"So is that a yes?"
"Yes Malfoy you're going to live here bu-"
"Yes, yes, thank Merlin"
"But if you try to slytherin with me I swear I will hurt you and not with my wand."
