{Ariana POV}

"THAT'S THE LAST ONE!" My dad yelled as the movers put all the boxes in the truck 

My dad looks at me, and hugs me. We were in the living room, and I was ready to go to my first ever college choice, and the one I've been wishing for.

"My little girl!" He said as he lifted me off the ground 

"Dad, I'm not little anymore." I responded rolling my eyes with a smile 

"Well, to me you are." He replied 

He puts me down on the ground. I know it's gonna be hard for him, since mom is gone. 

"Dad, I promise I'll visit you and you can visit me, whenever I'm free. I swear." I informed 

"Sweetie, it's okay." He lied 

I know it's not. 

"Live your life, as those average college kids." He plastered a smile on his face 

"Okay, whatever." I scoffed 

"Remember to always not go to frat parties or those dumb frat boys." He mentioned "I don't want them to video tape you and it's you drunk, then everyone makes fun of you because of it." 

I looked at him like he was insane.

"Dad, dad, dad," I said rotating my hand in a circle "How do you know all of this stuff?" I asked 

"They is the internet and t.v ya know." He said like I was dumb 

I looked at the time that was on the clock, and it was 5:06pm. 

"Dad, I gotta get going." I said pecking his prickly cheek "And when I come to visit, shave all of that."

He smiled "I will, buggy." He responded 

"I'll miss you so much." I replied 

"Me too." He said 

I started to walk out and put down my sunglasses. I heard footstep stomping after me, then it was my dad.

"MAKE SURE YOU DON'T JOIN THOSE STUPID KAPPA KAPPA GIRL STUFF!" He yelled as I walked to my car

I put my sunglasses on my head, and put my thumb up. 

"I WON'T!" I yelled back 

He sighed, then went back knowing I'm okay. I was excited because, this college was where my parents met, and I hope I find my true love there too, but you never know what the future holds. I'm going to Pomona College, it's where my parents met, and where I'm gonna go. 

I got a phone call coming from Lexi.

I answered it, and put it on bluetooth so I wouldn't have my hand off the rode. 

"Hey Ari." She said

"Hey!" I exclaimed 

"Are you excited, we get to live with each other?!" She asked 

"Hell yeah!" I replied "How about you?"

"Excited, but kinda scared." She responded 

"Why, girl?" I questioned 

"Dunno, just the fucking how much it cost, and knowing I can't spend it on bags, clothes and shoes." She explained 

"Lexi..." I replied "Really?!" 

"Yeah, you know my problem with buying things." She informed "No, but really it's hard. College is worst than high and middle school."

I pursed my lips.
