Chapter 1

"It's time to leave this old black and white town"

Jaerin's p.o.v

I was in the middle of reading something when suddenly my quiet room was filled with the excited shouts of my long time friend.

"Rinnie ! Rinnie ! Guess what ?!" Taehyung exclaimed and I quietly sighed.

"I don't know Tae. What could it be ?" I went along with him. Sometimes it feels like being with him is like being with a child. I don't mind though.

"I got accepted into Bighit !" Taehyung shook my shoulders in excitement while shining brightly. I looked at him with my mouth hug open, still trying to comprehend what he just said.

I squealed in joy and hugged him.

"Yes ! I told you you could do it Tae. Oh my god. This is great ! I'm so proud of you !" I squealed while hugging him tight. I let go of him and looked at him in the eye.

"Let's celebrate." I told him and grabbed his hand and ran home with him.

We arrived in my house within minutes and found it empty like always.

"Can you believe it Jaerin ? I got accepted ! I did it !" Taehyung said as I prepared our dinner. I softly smiled.

"I told you to believe in yourself didn't I ? I also remember telling you that you have a good voice." I jokingly told him and he laughed.

"Yeah, Yeah. You told me so. I'm also pretty sure that you said that I also have a pretty face to match my pretty eyes." He winked at me and I laughed.

As we were eating, he seriously looked at me.

"Jaerin-ah." He called me. I looked at him.

"You know I don't want to leave you here right ?" He asked me. I nodded.

I knew he'd have to leave us all behind. I'm ready for that. If it makes him happy, then I'm happy.

"Can you find a way to transfer schools ?" He suddenly asked.

"Eh ?!" I replied in confusion.

"Let's leave Rinnie. I'm not leaving without you." Tae pouted.

"It won't be easy Taehyung. Yo-" Before I could finish my sentence he cut me off.

"Then I'm not going. We're buy one take one remember ?" He pouted again. I sighed.

"Fine. I'll try my best to convince my parents. You're helping too." With my words Taehyung smiled brightly again.

We ate dinner happily that night, talking about our future.

《Time Skip》

It's been a week since Taehyung got accepted and It's also been a week of hell. Since it's the last week until summer vacation, It's been hectic. We managed to study, pack our things and convince my parents to let me go.

They let me go and gave me an apartment. Having workaholic parents have perks sometimes.

We arrived at my own apartment and I was amazed. It's big but not too big. It's perfect.

"Waaah. Nice Rinnie ! I'll stay here sometimes." Taehyung patted my back as approval.

We left our hometown and went out on an adventure.
