"Derek seriously you need to eat this so we can get you transferred back to Grey Sloan" I say brushing his hair back
"I am trying to sleep" he said with a moan in his voice
"Mr you have had plenty of sleep now eat or I'll get Zola and screaming Bailey on to you" I gave him a small smirk
"I can't believe you'd use our children to make me do something"
"Just hurry up before I get them"
"Hang on where are they"
"THEY are at grey Sloan waiting for you to get your ass in that ambulance"
"Well better not let the kids down" he said giggling at my stern voice

I let him a my little sexy smile he like to call it and snuggled up to him in the bed.
"Mer, this isn't helping me needed to get up"

"Well don't I have the hottest hunkest husband ever" I said doing the same

A knock at the door made me pull away from from our deep meaning kiss.

"Sorry was I interrupting something" Dr Blake said
"No of course not!" I said quickly after she finished talking
"Well we are have the ambulance right outside now so we are ready when you are!" She said giving us an excited smile
"Ahhh thank you Blake!" Derek said

*3 hours later*

"DADDYYYYYYYYY" Zola screamed from the hall way as we walked in
"ZOZO HEYYYY" Derek said with open arms
"Mumma can I hug daddy"Zola said with her puppy dog eyes
"Zo of course you can" I said lifting her up to the gurney

This hug melted my heart, it was the deepest hug I had ever seen in my life.

"Meredith hey" Maggie said holding Bailey on her hip
"Maggie!! BAILEY!!" I said holding my arms out
"Baby Bailey baby Bailey" I said jumping him up and down in my arms
"I'm so glad to see you"
"I'm so glad I'm here!"
"So Bailey has just had a nap so he's wide awake and Zola has been in day care with Sofia since I got in but she's fine very happy to see you guys"
"Maggie I can't thank you enough for looking after them for the last few nights..."
"Mer you don't need to thank me I'm their cool aunt Maggie" she said with a giggle

I walked with Bailey over to Derek's room which had a beautiful view over Seattle and it was a private room. Of course.

"My three favourite people in the whole world" Derek said with the biggest smile on his face
"Four" I said nervously

"In not understanding their are only you three in here"
"Zola come with me a second" I said leaving the room
"Bailey can you look after these two f or like 15 minutes" I said begging Bailey
"Of course, my favourite Bailey and his princess sister" she said as I handed her Bailey.

I walked back into Derek's room.

"Meredith what are you talking about" he was so confused
I just looked down at my belly a little and he got the sign.

"I'm so happy and even though it's early I couldn't keep it from you any longer because I knew it would make your fight worth fighting"
