KRISTEN STEWART SEEN, NOT RECOGNIZED?

By Christopher Goffard

It's been exactly one week, since the child gone missing for twenty years (that's right, we're talking here about Kristen Stewart) was found safe and sound.

For twenty years, people did not stop making ridiculous theories, claiming how certain celebrities were actually her. Others thought she was raped and killed, believing that was the faith of another missing child, the British back-then three-year-old Madeleine McCann. Heck, some even believed that a fifteen-year-old model was an adult in disguise.

So much poured nonsense.

But, literally days, after it was confirmed by the local police that indeed Kristen had discovered alone about her abduction in 1996, it was when people actually started sending us pictures and stories of how they have seen her, so they claim, but never recognized her, never went to the police station despite seeing the Amber Alerts and their suspicions.

One of them is the photographer Jay Lynch. The forty-year-old photographer from Boston, claimed to have seen back in 2003 or 2004.

"In this photograph, what you see is a happy, smiling young girl, around the age of thirteen or fourteen years old," he says. "She didn't show absolutely any sightings of being abused or even being treated badly. On her face was not written that she needed help. Her whole behavior with her parents and when I was taking her photos screamed completely the opposite - that she was happy and satisfied with her life."

Her teachers slowly started to speak up about her and her school life.

"Her name was Karen Johnson. She was an excellent student. She had started school a bit later so it took her a little longer to adjust, but she succeeded and even skipped two grades. She was one of our best students. We wonder what she's up to."

Even unknown people started claiming they had seen her but did not recognize her from the Amber Alerts.

"We all expected a blonde 5'10" woman. The Amber Alerts had predicted her to look differently," some say, defending their thesis that the Amber Alerts were fake or incorrect, hence why people did not report her earlier.

Or was it because her life seemed to be perfect for the outside world and no one felt the need to reunite her with her real family?

We'll get to learn these answers in the upcoming very first interview of Kristen Stewart coming this Friday on The Late Night Show.
