Normal P.O.V:

Vivian rolled around in pain. She laid on her back for a second, before letting out a gasp, sitting up as she was breathing heavily. She looked around the room she was in. There was a window, a dresser, a closet, and two doors. She looked down and saw she was in a white button down nightshirt. She looked at the window as she heard a small bird singing outside, before she heard a knock at the door.

"C-Come in..." she stuttered, before the door opened and Ciel entered. Vivian stared at him as he stood in front of the bed. 'He looks like he's the same age as me..."

"How do you feel?" He asked, looking at her. Vivian turned down to her lap, her hair falling into her face as she replied, "I-I'm alright."

Ciel stared at her as her white hair covered her face.
"What's your name?"
"V-V-Vivian... Vivian Nightingale..."

Ciel smiled at her a little as he replied back, "Lovely name..."

Vivian blushed as she looked down at her lap. She saw her left arm was bandaged up and she had slight bruising on her arms.

"My name is Ciel Phantomhive..." Ciel said, and Vivian looked at him, before she replied back, "Nice to meet you..."
She then remembered something and gasped as she began to look around the room frantically. Ciel looked at her curiously as he asked, in a calm tone, "Is something wrong?"

Vivian, turned to him as she was completely worried, "Where is my doll?"
"Excuse me? You mean the bunny doll you had?" Ciel asked her, and she gave a nod as she responds back, "Yes!" "I had my maid clean it and it should be drying right now."

Vivian looked at him and sighed relieved, "Thank you..."
Ciel stared at her, before he walked over to her side, and sat down on the left side of the bed. Vivian blushed at how close he was. She looked down at her lap and clenched her hands hard. Ciel moved a lock of her long white hair and placed it behind her ear.
"If you'd like... Could you tell me how you came to live on the streets?" Ciel asked, and Vivian looked at him, and blushed more as she looked into his eyes. She then looked down and stared at her hands.

"My... My mother and father... They both abandon me... They left me on the streets when I was five..." She replied, as Ciel stared at her sadly before wrapping his arms around her shoulders and held her close. Vivian gasped as she found herself laying her head on his chest as he stroked her hair. "I'm sorry that happened to you..." He said, and Vivian looked at him and saw sadness in his eyes. She then shyly stuttered, "W-What about you?"

Ciel looked at her and she covers her mouth with her hand as she added, "Oh... S-Sorry, you d-don't have to—"
"My parents were murdered... They died in a fire that destroyed my home three years ago... It was on my birthday and I was left all alone for two years... I was ten at the time..." Ciel replied, causing Vivian to gasp as she looked down, before she suddenly hugged him, and clenched his shirt tight. She closed her eyes as she began to cry. Ciel stared at her surprised, before he smiled sadly as he began to stroke her hair.
"My Lord..."

Ciel looked from the corner of his eye at Sebastian who stood at the doorway with a washed and fixed bunny doll. Sebastian stared at the crying girl in his masters arms.

"Just leave the toy here..." Ciel ordered, and Sebastian bowed as he replied back, "As you wish..."

Sebastian place the doll on a dresser close to the door, before exiting the room and closing the door. Ciel turned back to Vivian, who continued to cry before he began to rubbed her back. After ten minutes, Vivian looked up at Ciel as he smiled at her. He gently rubbed his thumbs over her face, wiping away her tears. "I-I'm S-Sorry..." She muttered, shyly as she looked away.  "It's alright..."
Ciel released her from his embrace and stood up before Vivian muttered, "Where am I?"

"Your in my home, the Phantomhive manor..." He replied and Vivian looked up at him confused.
"I though you said it was b-burned down..."

"It was..." He said, walking to the dresser by the door, picking up her doll, and walked back up to her. I had an exact replica made after the incident..." He explained, as he stood in front of Vivian, handing her the doll back. Vivian took the plush and hugged it as there was a knock at the door.

"Enter..." Ciel called, before the door opened and May-Rin came in.
"Sorry I am late my lord, I had a bit of trouble with cleaning and then I saw a rat and tried to catch it..."
Ciel sighed as she continued to talk before he looked at Vivian, who stared at May-Rin, before looking at him. He gave her a 'What are you gonna do' look and Vivian smiled and let out a small giggle.

"May-Rin..." Ciel said, causing the red head to stop her rambling "Y-Y-Yes..!"
"Start a hot bath for Vivian here and pick something warm for her. And have Sebastian make her a warm breakfast as well..." Ciel ordered, before he looked at Vivian and said:
"Once your done eating, come into my office so we can discuss living arrangements."
Vivian than gave a small nod, "Y-Yes..."

Ciel exit the room as Vivian removed the bed sheets from herself and placed her feet on the ground. She looked down, and saw her feet were all bandaged up. Vivian tried to stand up and soon fell forward onto her hands and knees due to the pain. May-Rin panicked and ran to her side.
"Are you alright?" May-Rin asked, in a complete panic.

"Y-Yah, just that I can't walk..." Vivian replied, causing May-Rin to worry even more. "Oh dear, Oh dear, Oh dear, Oh dear! Uh.... Uh... I'll be right back!"  She quickly ran out of the room just as Ciel came back.

"I forgot to- Are you alright?" He said, as he looked from May-Rin running out of the room before turning to her. Vivian smiled shyly as she replied back, "S-Sorry, I can't seem to walk right. My feet hurt, must have been from all that broken glass I stepped on running from that man last night..."

Ciel let out a sigh as he walked over to her and picked her up bridal style. Vivian blushed embarrassed as Sebastian and May-Rin returned into the room.

"My lady..." Sebastian began, before he paused at seeing Vivian in Ciel's arms, causing a smile to appear on his face as he continued, "I was about to say are you alright, but it's clear to me you are just fine right now." His words caused both Ciel and Vivian blushed and Ciel send Sebastian a glare.

"Sebastian... J-Just prepare Vivian something to eat. May-Rin, prepare a bath for Vivian..." Ciel ordered, in an annoyed tone.

"Y-Yes sir!" May-Rin replied in a nervous, stiff manner before she ran into the bathroom connected to the bedroom, as Sebastian bowed and left. Vivian looked down at her lap as she heard Ciel sighed.
"I apologize for what my butler said."
"I-It's alright..."
