Three days later...

Vivian was walking along side Ciel threw the streets of London. She smiled as her attention was on all the the snow covering the streets and buildings. Her smile grew, as she watched all the children running around, and throwing snowballs at each other. She paused in her tracks when she saw a little girl getting pummeled with snowballs. Ciel stopped in his own tracks when he realized Vivian wasn't following him anymore. He turned to look just as Vivian ran over to the little girl, and used her own body as a human shield, protecting the little girl from the snowballs. After a minute, the snowballs stopped and Vivian looked down at the little girl, who looked up at her in wonder. "Are you ok?" Vivian asked, bushing off some snow on her face as the little girl gave a small nod, "I'm fine..."

Ciel ran over to them as Vivian and the little girl stood up, dusting the snow off of their clothes. "Why did you do that Vivian?" Ciel asked, completely confused on why she did that. "Sorry, I just hated how those kids where hitting her with snowballs." Vivian replied as she smiled a apologetic smile at him when they heard someone yell out, and saw a woman running up to the. They watched as the little girl ran up to the woman, both embracing each other.
The mother looked at Ciel and Vivian, and smiled, "Thank you for helping my little girl." Vivian smiled back and gave a polite curtsy, "Anytime ma'am."
"Mama, what are we eating tonight?"  The little girl asked, curiously and her mother turned down to her, and Vivian saw the sad expression on her face. "I'm sorry honey, I don't have enough ingredients to make anything tonight."

The little girl's smile disappeared as she turned to look at the ground, muttering, "Oh, ok..."

Ciel stared at them before turning to looking at Vivian, who pulled out her coin purse, and pulled out six gold coins. She then walked over to the mother and daughter, and held the coins out to the mother, who looked at her surprised.

"Oh, I couldn't possibly take your money." she said, but Vivian gave her a gentle smile and gently took the woman's hand into her own, and placed the coins into her palm, then gently made her close her hand, "No, It's ok. Really I don't mind. Please take them." 

The woman smiled as she retracted her hand as the little girl smiled at Vivian. Ciel stared, before he reached into his pocket and pulled out some of his money,  walked over to the mother and daughter, and handed the money to them. The mother took one look at him, and instantly recognized him, and stared before she took the money as she smiled gratefully at him, "Thank you, Sir Phantomhive."

Both Ciel and Vivian watched as the mother and daughter walked away, before Vivian turned to Ciel smiling, "That was nice of you Ciel. But why? Not that I'm not complaining." she asked curious. Ciel moved his head to the side, in an attempt to hide the blush appearing on his face as he muttered, "I don't know... I just saw you hand them some of your money... And I don't know what came over me..."

Vivian couldn't help blush before she smiled, "Well, then... Shall we go?" she asked and they continued to walk around. They walked for at least four blocks, before Vivian stopped at a jewelry shop. She looked through the window and admired the beautiful jewelry on display. Ciel stared at her, before he walked over to her side, "Let's go inside so you can get a better look." Vivian turned to him surprised and gave a small nod, "O-Ok..." she muttered before then walked to the entrance of the store, and walked inside.

Inside...

Vivian looked around at all the necklaces, earrings, rings and other jewelry as Ciel walked to the counter and spoke to the owner. Ciel looked around before he spotted a blue ribbon choker with a silver rose charm with chains attached on the sides. (A/N: The photo on top.)  He stared at it, before his eyes wondered to Vivian, who was admiring a different necklace on display. Ciel walked over to her side and looked at what caught her attention. It was a small simple sliver snowflake necklace with small diamonds and light blue topaz's. Ciel smiled as he returned to the counter. Vivian was admiring the necklace so much, she didn't notice someone behind her before she felt someone wrapping something around her neck. She turned around, and saw Ciel as he stepped away. Vivian walked over to a mirror near them and saw the rose choker that was placed around her neck. "That looks lovely on you. It really brings out your eyes." Owner said, walking over and smiled. Vivian blushed as she looked down at her feet, as she muttered a thanks to Ciel.

Home, night time...

Vivian sat in her room reading a book with a small lit candle lighting the room. Vivian looked out the window and saw storm clouds coming in from the east. She pulled her bunny doll close to her in her attempt to stay calm.

Later...

Ciel turned to his side in bed, as he slept. He suddenly heard a small but slightly loud scream which caused him to sit up in surprise. 'Vivian....' He quickly got out of bed and ran to Vivian's room. He knocked on the door quickly, before he opened it and was tackled to the ground by a blue blur. Ciel looked down to see Vivian, as she had a blanket wrapped around herself from head to toe and she was crying, covering her ears with her hands. "What's wrong?" Ciel asked, confused when they heard thunder outside and lightning flashed in the sky. Vivian squealed in fear as she hugged him and Ciel smiled sadly as wrapped his arms around her, holding her close. "It's ok Vivian, nothing is going to hurt you."

Vivian looked up at him with tears in her eyes. Ciel smiled as he reached up and wiped them away, before he picked her up bridal style and carried her back to his room. Vivian blushed red when she was laid down in the bed and Ciel laid down next to her. She looked up at Ciel, who was also blushing lightly himself. She then curled up in her blanket as she muttered to him, "I'm sorry..." Ciel turned to look at her confused after relaxing back down. "For what?"

Vivian looked down as she muttered again, "For waking you up at night. I must look like such a scared chicken now for being afraid of a little thunder storm..." Ciel smiled as he wrapped his arms around her and gently kissed her forehead. He then realized what he did and blushed heavily, as she did the same. "I-It's alright, n-no need to be embarrassed..." Ciel muttered embarrassed at what he had done. Vivian smiled as she laid her forehead in the crook of his neck. Ciel smiled as he pulled her in closer and they both fell asleep.
