Stuck in Bed Part II

Vivian slept soundly in bed as May-Rin replaced the wet cloth on her forehead again. May-Rin rinsed the cloth when she heard Vivian beginning to wake up. "May-Rin-Chan... " Vivian muttered, coughing into her hand as May-Rin saw she was awake. "How are you feeling?" She asked, as Vivian looked at her and her vision wasn't well and she saw three May-Rin's.

"I feel worst than before." Vivian responds back, while May-Rin removed the wet cloth from Vivian's forehead, and replaced it with her hand. "This isn't good, your fever is getting worst," May-Rin picked up the bowl of water and ran out of the room. As soon as the door closed, Vivian slowly sat up and got out of bed. 'I can't stay in bed... I need to help, or I'll never repay Ciel for taking me in...'

She grabbed a blanket, walked out of her room, and down the hall. She leaned against a wall for support as she tried to see clearly through her blurry vision. She slowly walked down the hall, and made it to the staircase. She could hear everyone talking somewhere downstairs. Vivian began to walk down the steps when she heard Sebastian's, Ciel's, May-Rin's, Finny's and Baldroy's voices more clearer. She stepped down the first six steps when Ciel and Sebastian came into view and looked up. "VIVIAN!!? WHAT ARE YOU DOING OUT OF BED!!?" Ciel shouted, when he caught sight of her. 
Vivian looked at him, she hadn't realized she stepped on the blanket and began to fall down the stairs.
"Lady Vivian!" Sebastian shouted, in alarm as Vivian fell but instead of hitting the floor, she landed in someone's arms. She looked up and saw Ciel, who looked down at her angrily, his left eye was a pinkish color.

"Why are you out of bed!?" Ciel demanded, before Vivian laid her forehead on his chest and and muttered softly, "I'm so sorry." And fell asleep instantly as Ciel let out a sigh. Sebastian walked up to them, as Ciel sat down on the steps, then placed Vivian's head on his lap. May-Rin, Finny and Baldroy came running in.

"What happened!?" May-Rin asked concerned, while Ciel moved Vivian's hair out of her face, "Vivian tried to walk down the stairs..."

"Oh Dear!!" May-Rin shouted in alarm. "Is she alright!?" Finny asked, as Sebastian removed one of his gloves and placed his cool hand on Vivian's forehead.

"It doesn't seem like she'll be getting better any time soon. Shall I take her up to her room?" Sebastian asked, as he put his glove back on and turned to Ciel, who stared down at the sleeping girl in his lap.

"No, go make her something to eat for later. I'll take her up." Ciel responded, as he picked up Vivian in his arms and stood up, as Sebastian placed the blanket around her. Ciel began to walk up the stairs as Sebastian looked at Finny, May-Rin and Baldroy who all had the same smile as him.

"Say anything and the four of you are dead." Ciel said, his back to them before he began to walk down the hallway. Once he was out of hearing range, May-Rin and Finny began to jump up and down as Baldroy began to laugh.
"The master really cares about Miss.Vivian!" May-Rin squealed as quietly as she could as Finny smiled happily, "How sweet!"

With Ciel...

Ciel entered Vivian's room and walked to the empty bed, before he placed her down on the cold mattress, and tucked her in with the bed sheets. He turned to leave when he felt a tug on his sleeve. He looked at Vivian who was awake, and looking up at him, "I'm sorry Ciel... I just... Wanted to pay you back..." she muttered, looking away and avoiding eye contact. 

Ciel turned to face her as he looked at her confused, "Pay me back for what?" he asked, and Vivian looked away as she let go of his sleeve and retracting her hand, "For letting me stay here... I just don't want to be a burden..." She muttered, and then covered her face with the. bedsheets. Ciel stared at her before he sat down next to her, and began to gently stroke her hair. Vivian looked at him and he smiled softly down at her.

"You're not a burden Vivian, and you never will be. So stop trying to over work yourself." Ciel responded, as Vivian stared at him before she slowly smiled. Ciel smiled even more before, he stood up and turned to leave, "C-Ciel..." he heard and Ciel looked at Vivian as she tried to hide under the covers. "Yes Vivian?" He responded, as he turned away from the door. Vivian peaked out from under the covers, "C-Could you... Please stay, for a little while..." she asked, and Ciel blushed a little but smiled, as he walked over to the bed and sat down next to her.

Later...

Sebastian stood outside Vivian's bedroom door with a cart with her food, and gently knocked on the door. "Lady Vivian..." He called out softly before he gently opened the door and peaked inside. Sebastian looked into the bedroom and a smirk appeared on his face at what he saw. 'This is a surprise...'

Ciel was fast asleep in Vivian's bed. He had his arms wrapped around Vivian who had her head laying on his chest. Sebastian smiled as he walked over and placed them in a more comfortable position before placing the covers over them both as a small smile appeared over Vivian's face.

The next Morning...

Vivian was in the garden, back to full health, as she watered the flowers and other plants in the garden as Finny was trimming a bush nearby. Ciel sat in his study, looking out the window, as his attention completely somewhere else then the paperwork on his desk, when there was a knock at his door. "Enter..." Ciel called out, turning back to his work just as Sebastian entered, wheeling in a cart with a tray.

"Your tea is ready Master." Sebastian said, as he poured the tea into a cup, walked over to the desk and placed the tea cup and saucer next to Ciel as he continued to sign papers. Ciel looked up at Sebastian, who was smiling, even more than usual. "What?" Ciel demanded, picking his tea up to take a sip, "Nothing young Master... Just thinking how adorable you and Lady Vivian looked like last night while you were both asleep." Sebastian responded, causing Ciel turned red as he almost spilled his hot tea before turning to glare at Sebastian. "YOU!!... I-I... I would never... Tell the others about this and I will kill you Sebastian!!" Ciel shouted, slamming his tea cup back down. Sebastian smiled again as he bowed and left the room, closing the door behind him. Once alone, Ciel sighed as he banged his head on his desk, unaware that his other servants all ready knew what happened.
