Scorpius Malfoy and the Unbreakable Vow (Scorose)

Chapter 15

Scorpius had an hour free between classes. He wandered the halls, trying to figure out somewhere he could take Rose in the castle. Albus caught up with him.

"Hey Scorpius," he said. "What's up?"

"I'm trying to find somewhere to take Rose tonight," he said.

"Like a date?" Albus asked.

"Well, that's the idea... but I don't think there's anywhere in Hogwarts that's suitable." Scorpius sighed. He wanted to impress her. He wanted to dazzle her and swoop her off her feet.

"What about the Room of Requirement?" Albus asked.

Scorpius had heard of the famed Room of Requirement. The room that transforms into anything you need it to be.

"Do you know where it is?" Scorpius asked, excitement emanating from him.

"I have a rough idea," Albus said. "It's on the seventh floor, left corridor, opposite a Barnabus the Barmy tapestry."

"Rough idea, huh?" Scorpius laughed.

"I might pay attention here and there when my family talks," Albus grinned.

They began making their way through the castle, getting frustrated a few times as the staircases kept moving the opposite direction of where they were trying to get to.

After a lot of wandering around the castle, they found the tapestry. The wall across from it was just that - a wall.

"Uh, now what Al?" Scorpius asked.

"You need to think hard about what you're in need of," Albus said.

Scorpius concentrated as hard as he could, closing his eyes. When he opened them, a door had appeared.

Albus grinned at him. "See? Told you."

Scorpius opened the door, and when he saw what was inside his jaw dropped.

"This... This is better than anything I could have ever dreamt of. I can't wait to bring Rose here."
