So it all turns out, Ed being a yandere, and this whole story was just Roy playing a computer game, (fan-made) explaining why Roy got to choose different options, and got multiple endings...
Okay. So.... I just came up with this ending because... I got bored with this story, and that's why I haven't been updating this as much. I hope you liked the multiple alternate endings though.
