Jade arrived a little late at the coffee shop since her last period teacher asked for her help.

Her eyes scanned the whole area and once she saw those blonde hair, she immediately knew who it was. She made her way to the table where the blonde girl was sitting and tapped her shoulder.

Caramel ones met blue ones.

A smile made its way to both of the girl's lips.

"Hey, sorry I'm late." She said and looked down at the floor. She didn't know if Perrie was still a little pissed at her because of what she did. She completely ignored the blonde just because she was scared of admitting what she was feeling that night. But she wished both of them could forget what happened and start fresh.

Suddenly, she felt two cold fingers lift her chin up, making their eyes meet again.

"Its okay," she said with a smile. 'She's smiling, does that mea---' her thoughts were cut because Perrie held her hand. "C'mon take a seat, we have a lot to talk about." And with that, Perrie ushered the brunette to the couch opposite to her. Once both of them were settled, Perrie called a staff to take their order.

"What could I get you Mam?" The boy asked Jade. His eyes were glued to the brunette and Perrie saw the sparkle in his eyes as he watched Jade pick her order. This made the blonde clench her jaw.

"I'm going to order now." Perrie stated but the boy didn't seem to care, he kept her eyes on Jade, making Perrie frown.

Jade noticed Perrie's frown and immediately told the boy to get her order. The boy smiled at Jade and turned to face Perrie.

"I'll have one chocolate cake and espresso." Perrie said calmly, and as she noticed that the boy didn't even paid attention to her, she slammed her hand on the table, making both Jade and the boy to look at her.

"Could you please stop eye-fucking her and get my order? Or do you want me to call your manager?" The blonde's nose flared. She was totally pissed at the boy. She knows that she had no rights to be jealous because she and Jade are just friends, but she wouldn't let other people have her Jade. They may still not be together but she didn't want to share what's hers.

When Jade saw how tensed Perrie is, she reached out for her hand and gently caressed it. The blonde looked at her and Jade smiled. Once Perrie was calm, they both ordered and the boy said that it'll arrive in five minutes. Enough time for them to start the conversation.

"So," Perrie started. "Care to explain why you ignored me for a month?"

The brunette sighed. This was tbe topic that she didn't want to talk about, especially to Perrie. But the blonde had the right to know.

"Perrie, I didn't meant to ignore you." She said and looked down, avoiding Perrie's crystal blue eyes. "You see, when I picked you up the night that you went out with Jes, I saw you. You were grinding yourself on some random chick and that made me feel a little uncomfortable." She bit her lip as she continued with her explanation. "I don't know why I acted that way when I saw you like that, its just...its hard to explain really."

Perrie didn't said a word after that. She waited for the brunette to continue, but when she realized that maybe Jade was really having a gard time to explain everything, she speak up

"Jade, I was drunk that night. I had no control over my body, the alcohol took over me. And I'm sorry if what you saw made you feel uncomfortable about me. I won't let that happen if I was sober, swear." She said and reached for both of Jade's hands. "I'm sorry for what you saw that night, it won't happen again."

Jade finally met Perrie's gaze again and both of them gave each other a small smile.

After that, their food had arrived and they ate but still kept talking about the things they missed during the past month. Suddenly, Perrie asked another question regarding what they talked about earlier.

"You felt uncomfortable about me for a month? Can I ask why?" Perrie asked. "I know that it was because of that night, but c'mon, you wouldn't let it reach for over a month."

Jade gulped. She really didn't know what to answer. She wasn't sure about her feelings towards Perrie that's why she ignored her, but it really wasn't her plan to do it for a month.

"Well," she started. "I kinda spent my time to think about things. And I was busy with school." She said, crossing her fingers, hoping that the blonde would buy it. Hopefully she did and Jade thanked all the Gods above for that.

"How about you?" Jade said. "Why'd you kept drinking for over a month? That wasn't healthy Perrie." She scolded the blonde.

"I did that to forget about the pain. You know how much it hurts me when you ignored me. So for me to be able to cope up with the pain, I drank my sorrows out. That't my way of trying to forget you, I guess." Perrie said and looked down. 'Its now or never' she thought.

Actually, she really had a huge crush on Jade before and now it turned out that she likes the brunette so much and it reached to the fact that she didn't want to let her go.

"Why would you want to forget about me?" Jade said, her tone was sad. She didn't expect that Perrie would want to forget everything about her.

"That's not true."

"But you just said tha----"

"Its my feelings for you that I wanted to forget Jade." Perrie bursted out all of a sudden and she immediately cursed herself for it.

On the other hand, Jade was surprised. Did she heard Perrie right? 'She had feelings for me?' She asked herself.

"You have feeling for me?" Jade asked, still surprised.

'Fuck it.' Perrie told herself and once again reached for the brunette's soft hands. "Yes Jade, I do have feeling for you. I just realized it during those past few days that you started to ignore me. I can't get you out of my mind, everyday I think about you. When I close my eyes, all I see is you. Jade, you started to become my everything ever since the day that you took me home from that bar. That made me realize that you cared for me so much. And that made me have these feelings for you." She gave her hands a light squeeze. "I like you Jade."

Jade didn't know what to say. This wasn't the first time that this happened to her but this was the first time that she felt something like this. Once those three words left Perrie's mouth, Jade felt those butterflies go wild in her tummy. Voices in her head kept replaying those words on and on and on.

"Pez, I don't know what to say." She said honestly.

"You don't have to say anything. I'm just glad that I finally told you about it." Perrie said and squeezed Jade's hand once more.

After Perrie's confession, both of them decided to go to the park near this coffee shop and talk about each other. Their conversation started from their likes and disliked until they came to the topic about their exes. They kept on talking and talking until they reached Jade's house. Knowing Perrie, she would always do everything to make sure that Jade is safe.

"Thank you for today Pez, and for understanding as well." Jade said and smiled at the blonde.

"No worries. Just don't do that again will ya?" Jade nodded and both of them giggled.

Jade was about to go inside when Perrie pulled her in for a hug. It was tight, making Jade think that Perrie didn't want to let her go.

"Jade, believe me when I tell you that I really like you." Perrie whispered in her ear. "And to prove that, I'll court you. I'll do everything to make you mine if you'll let me."

Once again, Jade didn't know what to say. She didn't know if the blonde was serious or was just messing around with her. But by the tone of her voice, she knew she was serious.

When they pulled away, Perrie smiled once more before bidding Jade goodbye and slowly walking away from her.
