Mysterious Package [Chapter 11]

(Lmao I'm sorry for lying cause I said the next chapter would be interesting and long, maybe in the next few chapters it will be the important chapter cause I didn't want to rush the story much so I will add maybe one or two chapters before the long and interesting one. Thanks for reading!❤️)

2:35 PM, December 27th
It's been about two days since Christmas and I haven't left my house at all during those two days mainly cause I couldn't because of all the snow storms. Like usual, there's another snow storm occurring right now as I'm laying in bed. All day I've been watching random YouTube videos for dance tutorials cause I really enjoy dancing. As I'm dancing I hear my doorbell ring. I don't know who would be out in this weather, but they're crazy. I opened the door and no one was there.
"Hello?" I shout out.
No response.
I look down and right at my feet there's a large box. I look around before I pick it up. I remember this happened to me before. I shut my door and go straight to my kitchen to get a knife to open the box. It was very nicely wrapped in a Christmas wrapping paper and a bright red bow on the top. Finally, after carefully cutting through the box inside was a small reindeer plush, some candy canes, chocolates, more candy, fuzzy Christmas socks, and lastly a note. I immediately open the note up and it says:
"I miss you so much. I'm sorry I couldn't be there. Merry Christmas I love you💕"
I'm a little bit freaked out now. I took all the stuff upstairs and started eating the candy wondering if they poisoned it or something. Yet I still continued eating.

This is an extremely short chapter I know, but again I'm trying to make the story longer so I'm adding this chapter in. I most likely be writing the important chapter next after another chapter so stay tuned!
