Laxus: Lucy's brother
Zeref: Lucy's brother. Not related to Natsu. Only related to Natsu as a brother figure but not by blood
Guildarts: Lucy's uncle
Cana: Lucy's cousin
Igneel: Lucy's actual father
Natsu: Igneel's FASTER child. Not anymore after what he did so not related by blood to Lucy
Gajeel: Lucy's fiancé/husband
Romeo: Lucy's son
Kin: Lucy's daughter
