Ugly Patty

The Secret

Once the friends all finished crying, they wanted answers from David now. Moonlight is gone so there's no point in keeping the secret anymore.
"Alright David, who was she jealous of?" Asked Princess Speedy Legs.
"It's someone in this room," David hinted.
Ugly Patted chimed in, "Obviously she was jealous of me. She sees me rolling, she hating." She sings the last sentence.
"You should just stop," Miss Misunderstood said.
"Someone in this room?" Asked Juliet.
"Yea and it's not Sam or Ugly Patty," David added.
"She must be jealous of me and my fabulous writing," Daria said.
"No, it's not you," David said.
"Well I don't know who she could be jealous of then," Juliet states.
David sits nervously as the friends try to figure out who it is. He hopes they don't find out.
"Is it you?" Asked Sam.
"Haha Jackie jealous of me, no," David said.
"Well, the last person is Juliet," Sam said.
"You know too much now," David said as he ran out the door.
Sam ran after him and tackled him to the ground.
"You can't start telling us a secret then bail," Sam yelled at him.
"Alright, fine. Here's the story. I actually talked to Moonlight the night she went home. She said she was jealous of Juliet," David said.
"Why Juliet?" Asked Daria.
"She felt like Juliet would take Sam away from her. She felt that Juliet was more likable than her. She watched it happen too. The days she was gone she was outside the treehouse seeing how we all acted without her. You and Juliet seemed to hit it off so she knew she wasn't wanted," David said.
"How do you know this?" Asked Juliet.
"I stayed in touch with her until she died. She just didn't want you guys to know," David stated.

The friends are in shock and don't know what to do. They think that they're the cause of her death. They're the reason why she left.
"Guys it's not your fault," David added, "she didn't tell you guys what was happening, so please don't blame yourselves."

        The friends agreed with David, it wasn't their fault. This whole time they were worried about her. They wanted to make sure she was okay, but she didn't let anyone in. All they can do now is remember the good times they had and make new ones to tell Moonlight when they see her again.
