Chapter Five: The Motels Part III

THE BOYS

POV

We had reached downstairs rather pleasantly, despite the fact Ron had tripped down the stairs and almost banged his head open on the bottom steps, and we were all pretty sure he had a concussion.

Zoc began to feel around the receptionists room before he almost fell over one of the coffee tables in the lobby.

"Hello?!" Gen yelled, looking around the room with his flashlight.

I looked around and walked curiously to the door behind the receptionists table, hoping to find a sleeping man, or robot.

I turned the knob and surprisingly found it open.

"Uhm, the door is open." I said, turning the knob gently.

"Good." He said, hurriedly walking towards the door, the others following behind him.

Gen turned the knob and pushed the door open, only to find an eerie, empty room. There was one mattress on the floor along with a thin sheet, and a nightstand and dimming lamp.

Gen sighed angrily and walked in, examining the room, "The fuck."

You could tell from even the front door that there was no one in there, since it was such a small room.

"Really?" I said, looking around the room, "I could've sworn there was a receptionist here earlier."

"We have to go to the electricity panels, in the basement." Gen said, examining the room.

"You want us to go in the BASEMENT?" Zoc exclaimed, "Isn't that the place where we all die?"

"Man shut the fuck up." Gen said, shoving him away with his arm.

"Yeah, stop with this scary movie shit." Ron said calmly, still rubbing his head.

"You were supposed to already be dead." Zoc mumbled under his breath, moving away from all of us.

I shook my head and sighed, "How do we get to the basement?"

"The same way we got down here." Gen said, walking back out of the room and to the stairs, "Come on."

THE GIRLS

KAI

It was probably close to midnight, I wouldn't know because the motel surprisingly enough, didn't have clocks.

The party hasn't died down anyhow, since Karina was most likely still dancing, and Zesenia and Rahja had came to join me, since her 3DS died on her.

Serena, Jenna, and Victoria were all still perched on the wall, along with me. I was sure Victoria was high, her eyes tinted red and barely open.

Rahja sighed and rubbed her eyes, "can we go to the room now?"

I sighed and looked at her, feeling sorry, "Trust me, I want to go than anyone else here but I don't trust leaving Karina here alone, plus, she has the key cards."

We all looked at her, sitting at the bar, drinking and giggling, dancing in her seat with the clique she seemed to attract since our arrival.

Serena nudged me and smiled, "You guys can get the key card and go. We'll take care of Kavina."

"It's Karina." I said, looking at her curiously, "And are you sure?"

"Positive. I'll get her to your guy's room safe and sound." She smiled, "Go ahead. You guys look tired, and your other friend is knocked."

She looked at Zesenia, who was slouched back in her chair, completely K.O'd.

"Wow, thanks Serena. I'll see you whenever I guess." I said, smiling and hugging her, "I owe you."
