We were called back into the court room and my dad was already at the stand.
"Do you promise to tell the truth."
"I promise."
"Okay. Now, did you hit your daughter? Ever."
"Yes and I some what regret it."
"Why?"
"Because shes my daughter and looking at her now, shes beautiful and I wish I could take it back." LIES.
"Alright. You started hitting her age 4, why?"
"It felt good to get rid of anger. And emotions bottled up."
"So, you hit a little girl instead of going to a boxing ring? To punch the punching bags?"
"Yes." My lawyer walks up to him as his sits down.
"Alright, did you leave those mAks on your daughter? Those cuts and bruises??"
"Yes."
"Why?"
"Bottle up emotions. I found joy in it. Now that we are here. I regret it."
"Why?"
"Because I love my daughter."
"Then why did you ever hit her? Or even think about it?"
"Because I felt that if I hit her it would make me more of a man."
"It makes you a coward. Hitting an innocent girl."
"I now realize that."
"After 12 years?!"
"Yes and I sincerely apologize, I just want my daughter home."
"You may be seated." An hour or 2 goes by, Madison and her family get questioned and when they were done, we got to leave. Tomorrow we come back to see if they see guilty or not. We walk out the door and my parents come up to me and apologize, I know that they are lying they just want me back so they can use me as a punching bag again. We finally get home and its around 10. I walk inside my room and change into some leggings and a tank top. I lay in my bed and I hear the door open.
"Min- I mean Elizabeth may I come in?" Its her brother.
"Of course, what do you need?"
"I just wanted to say, you're really pretty, I am not lying. I have feelings for you and if you don't like me back I get it."
"Thanks! And Brian, I have to think about it." I winked at him. His face lit up like a 5 year old on Christmas.
"Okay! Goodnight!" Hes adorable. I close my eyes and let the darkness take over me.

"ELIZABETH MINDY EVANS GET UP!!!!" I open my eyes to see Madison jumped on my bed.
"I don't wanna!"
"Today we find out if you stay with us or or go back, get your lazy ass up!" I lay in bed, but I get up as soon as I see a shirtless Brian with a bucket of ice water.
"IM UP IM UP." I get up and walk to my closet I find clothes. I heard the door shut, but I felt someones arms wrap around me.
"Hey there."
"Hiya. I have to shower so ummm... Get out."I start laughing.
"How come I didn't get an invitation?"
"Too many people are coming."
"Like who?"
"Myself." I grab a towel and run as fast as I can into my bathroom. Its connected to my room. I have my own.
"Let me innnn." Someones whining.
"I'll call Madison."
"Don't ! I'm leaving!" I heard my door shut, but I don't trust him. I open the door to see no one. After my shower we went to court.
"We are here to see whether Elizabeths parents are guilty or not. I've looked over the evidence and everything everyone said is on recording, I watched it over again made my decision." It gets silent.
"Mr. And Mrs. Evans. You are.-"
