"Ha ha!" laughed a girl with blond locks who was wearing a golden wizard attire. Holding a silver painted staff with a red gem, the girl pointed her staff at another girl who, was on her hands and knees.

"Look who flunked her wizard exam today." The girl pointed with her staff and smirked. Two other students laughed along.

"Oh man, no wonder she was born with parents that can't even raise dragons. She's useless!" cried a boy in brown hair, wearing a green robe and holds a small, wooden wand which is scratched and dirtied.

"Guys, you should've seen her the other day, she tried to make friends with Mr. Tarson's fire dragon, and then.... she got her face charred!" chattered a girl with black hair, wearing a pink robe and holding a silver wand.

"Now kids, leave her alone. She did nothing wrong." An older wizard in a long orange robe and a short black mustache said to the children.

"What do you mean?! She does EVERYTHING wrong!!" cried the girl in blonde locks.

"Take your seats, NOW" the wizard said sternly.

"Fine jeez." said the boy as those three get into the classroom.

The girl who was on the ground looked up at the teacher with eyes saying 'Sorry' The girl got up with her brown/black hair moving away from her face. She has black eyes and wears a magenta wizard coat with small brown shorts and a white T-shirt under her coat. She wears brown regular boots and holds a wooden staff with a circular, orange gem. (as shown above)

"Isabella, I know you mean no harm but please, inform the faculty when they are bullying you again. This is the 17th time this month." said the teacher as he looked worriedly at the girl.

"I'm sorry...." was all the girl said for the rest of the day as she walked right into the classroom.

Class was dismissed as children went out of the room, leaving Isabella the last one to leave. As she made it out of the school grounds, the three kids from earlier came and confronted her.

"So, you didn't do your homework again huh? Why are you even in this school if you can't do the work?" said the boy as he shoved Isabella down to the floor.

"Did you really had to knock her on the floor Adrian? I wanted to slap her with the homework she didn't finish." said the girl with black hair carrying a thick pile of papers.

"Nah. She deserves this!" said the blonde hair girl with a heave and dumps river water onto her, "At least she got a shower."

Soon a crowd of kids came around and caused a disruption. Several parents came by and took their children away but there was enough left to cause Isabella to cry in humiliation. Soon the crowd died off and soon it was nightfall. Isabella stared up into the stars in great sorrow, wishing life would be less horrible.

"I'm home." Isabella shouted as she reached her house. Her house was a thatched cottage that her family used to live in. She laughed at the emptiness and imagined her family being with her like old times. Her father making staffs, her siblings playing with magic, her mom making stew... she cried silent tears as she remembered those happy times. Now, life is different. Her parents left them for an unknown reason, her eldest brother roaming to island to island as a well known staff maker. Her other brother as the DragINN owner, as her older sister grew up to be a Dragon researcher (how they even became those if they were younger? Well it's story logic people). Leaving Isabella with a dream of becoming a dragon wizard and hoping she could become a Grand Wizard.

'Ugh. Like that's ever gonna happen.' Isabella thought to herself. She was able to go to the wizard school only because the principle said she showed potential along with the Great Nogard.

'Potential huh? I have none.'

The next day, Mr. Tarson made a surprising announcement to the class.

"Whoever this plant dragon chooses, they will soon start their own Dragonvale island. Afterall students, you guys are now in the Intermediate class." Mr. Tarson explained.

"It will obviously be me of course." said the blonde girl who posed.

"Sure it will Amanda, it will obviously like you." a random classmate said sarcastically making the whole class snicker, including Isabella.

"How dare you! I'll have you know, dragons like me better than all of you!" Amanda said slamming her hands on her desk.

"Now Amanda, is that how a 10 year old will act?" Mr. Tarson asked her.

Amanda signs,"No."

"Good. Now one by one, each of you will all try to get the plant dragon to be your best friend." Mr. Tarson said watching every student try to woo the dragon.

"Ugh it's no use! That dragon is awful. I bet it isn't even great." Amanda exclaimed angrily.

"Yeah! Why would you bring it here?! It doesn't like any of us!" Adrian said glaring at the dragon.

"Well, there is one person who hasn't tried...." said a quiet student who pointed at Isabella, reading the Dragon textbook.

"Her?! She can't even make friends with Mr. Tarson's fire dragon!" Amanda exclaimed.

"Now Amanda, calm down." Mr. Tarson said as he consulted Amanda about her anger.

"Now Isabella go on. Try to make friends with the plant dragon." Mr. Tarson said as he faced Isabella who slowly got up from her seat.

The plant dragon looked at Isabella and stood in it's place for a long time. Isabella slowly reached out to pet it but it then backed away. Isabella wasn't surprised, she never had a talent so, how could she show potential?

A/N

Okay, so if you want a description on how the plant dragon looks like, then look at the actual game. I am using the design from the game so I don't need to come up with my own. Also, I have no grudge against blonde, black, and brown hair kids. Even if they are mean, I'm not saying every child with that hair color is mean! I'm just using the hair color so you can understand the difference between the two girls. Anyways, CUPCAKE OUT!

P.S I'm horrible at taking photos.

Edit: My story got messed up when I publish it!! Ugh I think I need getting used to the Wattpad app. Sorry 'bout that guys!
