Chapter 2: The Result

When class ended, Isabella was surprised she was the first one out. Afterall, she has no friends in this school and was always shoved to the very back. As she turned to look, something green flew above her head with Amanda, Adrian, and Chloe chasing after it and shouting in anger.

"That stupid dragon... it wasn't even worth my time anyways." Amanda siad under her breath. Amanda turned to look back and saw Isabella standing there.

"Why are you out here?" Chloe asked Isabella while shoving her with the handle of her silver wand.

"She thinks she can leave early to find a dragon a raise it before we can." Adrain said looking at Isabella, "But you can't 'cause nothing will ever like you."

"Shut up...."Isabella said under her breath.

"Aww. Are you about to cry? 'Cause if you are, then you know you are just a crybaby."Amanda smirked.

Tears started to fill Isabella's eyes as she had her hair cover her face. She heard Chloe and Amanda chuckling with satisfaction. She can tell Adrian was about to knock her down with his wand by his shadow creeping up behind her. She knew the whole school is never gonna make her forget she cried just because of harmful words. She got ready for the harassment to begin and to endure not letting her tears flow out but... it never came. Isabella looked up to see Amanda, Adrian and Chloe way far away. She saw a huge shadow behind her and as she turned, she saw Mr. Tarson's  fire dragon.

"Flare! Oh my wizards you're here!" Isabella cried happily," Wait.. did Mr. Tarson take you here?"

"Huff.... puff... Flare... there... you.. a-are..." gasped Mr. Tarson as he bent down.

"Mr. Tarson! Are you alright?" Isabella asked as she went to go help Mr. Tarson up.

"Yeah.... Flare, you should know not to fly off like that. Thank Nogard you just flew here." Mr. Tarson began.

"Wait, Flare just flew without your knowledge?" Isabella questioned.

"Sorta, when Flare was half way here, I saw him flying so I used the portal to get here." Mr. Tarson replied.

"Wow Flare, you left to protect me?" Isabella asked the adult fire dragon who shook his head.

"You know, Flare has always taken a liking to you. When you first aproached him, he thought a friendly flame would make you happy." Mr. Tarson explained.

"Oh... well next time tell me you were playing around." Isabella grinning to the dragon who rolled his eyes but smiled.

"Well I have to go." Isabella said, walking towards the stairs that lead to island to island.

"You know, why don't I have you travel on dragonback?" Mr. Tarson said smiling. Isabella turned and looked at him with a serious expression.

"Are you joking?" Isabella asked.

"Hop on Flare and he'll take you home." Mr. Tarson said," Unless, you don't want to."

"Heck yes I'm going dragonback!" Isabella said with a gleaming face and smile.

"Great now get on and tell Flare where to go." Mr. Tarson said sitting behind Isabella on the Flare's back. Isabella told them where her island is and found a huge forest surrounding her small thatched cottage.

"Thanks for the ride." she said to Mr. Tarson as she reached her door.

"No problem. See you after your weekend!" Mr. Tarson called out to her as Flare looked back with a toothy grin.

"Bye!" Isabella shouted and waved. As she was about to turn the knob, she notice some of her Dragon Snaps were gone.
'Oh great. I know Dragon Snaps are treats but they look pretty. Now I know a dragon has been here.' Isabella thought as she went to go plant some more. She grabbed the last of her mother's Dragon Snap seeds off the kitchen counter and planted them in the soil. She then went inside and grabbed one of her father's magic staffs he left and waved it around the planted seeds. The gem on top of the staff sprinkled water onto the soil and the Dragon Snaps grew in seconds.
'There. All better.' Isabella thought as she placed the staff back in it's place. When suddenly, she heard a thump coming from her brothers' room. She quietly poked her head inside and found a plant dragon opening desk drawers and pulling out papers.

"What are you doing here?" Isabella asked softly to the dragon who was about to fly out the opened window. The dragon quickly looked back and got it's wings ready to depart. It was silent for a minute until the plant dragon took this moment to fly out.
Isabella signs, 'Why did it come here?' she thought as she went to pick up the papers on the floor. She then found an envelope addressed to her under the pile of papers that she never found interesting. Curious, she opened the letter and found a picture of her staff with information that explains what it is and what it does.
'Strange, dad said this staff is useful when I know how to use it. I thought I could figure it out by now but I haven't.'
The gem on top of the staff is a omninnite. Four of these gems can create an omninat which is fit for any types of dragons so they can all live in there. This staff is made so the user can use all 10 basic elements of the dragons including the Epic and Galaxy ones.
'Woah, I never knew this staff was so powerful.' Isabella thought as she continued to read.
This gem is truely hard to come by but, those who find it are truely lucky. Staffs like this one isn't seen in markets or other staff shops. This staff is one of a kind afterall, no one has ever thought of making a staff with it besides me.
'Me? As in dad?' Isabella pondered for a moment but then decided she'll read the rest tomorrow because, it's already 1 am in the morning.
