Justin Andrew "Drew" Thompson's Point of View

It has been a week since our million dollar pictorial and Ciara and I were here at the mall for a little best friend hang-out since tomorrow will be my flight to go back home, the Philippines.

I turned my head to my best friend who was wearing the simple white dress I gave her days ago and the diamond ring.

She's really beautiful, I thought when she stared at me and smiled.

She sneaked her hand around my arm as we walked side by side. My smile was formed from ear to ear as my heart fluttered and beat loudly and fast.

Er, I'm being gay now.

We stopped by to buy tickets for a movie and ordered some popcorn and beverages.

I suddenly felt obnoxious when she picked to watch Twilight. She told me since she was little that she loved Edward Cullen and vampire movies and also she's a hopeless romantic. I couldn't say no to her. Even because I love her. Er, as a ... friend, um.

I gave myself in to watch that blood-sucking movie.

Every laugh of Ciara made my heart warm. And every smile of Ciara made me melt. Whenever Ciara's happy, I am the most happiest man in the world.

"Oh, my goodness! Edward!" She squealed when he saw the pale-white vampire in the big screen. Everyone chuckled at her reaction when she saw him.

"Keep it down, will you?" I warned, hushing her.

She just rolled her eyes while eating her almost-empty popcorn.

I didn't actually watched the movie. It confused me. I only silently stared at Ciara who was busy admiring how charming Edward Cullen was. It pains me, actually. It pains me that she really adores that monster.

"Drew! They kissed?!" She cried, pulling me away from my reverie.

"Who kissed?" I asked in confusion. What is she talking about?

The movie was now over, finally! I was about to relax from the movie but this girl made a conversation which I didn't expected.

"Isabella Swan and Edward Cullen, the love of my fictional life, kissed!" She stomped her feet like a 5 year old girl. I silently chuckled.

"That's only acting, Ciara," I reminded plainly.

She pouted. "Still, they kissed! Their lips touched." She sighed. I sniggered and walk again with her, roaming around the building.

Hours had passed and our stomach called us to feed them. We laughed at the gesture of our bellies. Ciara and I decided to take a break in the food courts.

We happily and eagerly came to the mall's food courts when something caught my attention which made me halted.

Ciara, who was a few steps away from me, also stopped with obvious confusion crossed her face. "Drew?!" She called out my nickname which grabbed me from my reverie and gave her my full attention. She looked worried.

I nodded. "Just go. I'll follow."

She returned a nod and disappeared. I turned my gaze to the object that caught my attention. I realized that it was perfect for Ciara. I smiled and instantly came inside the shop.

Ciara Black's Point of View

"Hey!" I chirped happily from behind as Drew packed his things. It was past 7 and I couldn't help myself to visit Drew's room.

He turned to me and smiled widely which made my smile more genuine.

"Hey!" He replied and focused his eyes again unto his clothes, not removing his smile.

I hugged him from his back and rested my head on his shoulder. He stopped from packing like he was surprise. I smiled as I tightly hugged him from behind. He turned himself around to face me and hugged me back. I could smell his perfume. I love smelling his scent.

"I have something for you," he said as we pulled away.

Happiness painted my eyes as I mentally jump from joy. He took out jewelry box from his drawer and opened it. I gasped when I saw the pendant happens to be my name. It was a silver necklace.

"You don't have to," I shook my head.

"Please, just let me."

I didn't continue my refusal when he took out the necklace from its nest and he slowly wrapped it around my neck. Slowly, he pulled away. He gave me those lovely stares that made me breathless. He started to near me as his hands were on the side of my neck.

Oh, goodness! Is he trying to kiss me?

I tried to catch for air as his face came closer and closer to mine. He closed his eyes and I did what he did. I also closed my eyes and gulp silently. I can feel we were inches apart because I felt his breath on my skin. I started to move my head forward when someone opened the door that made us jump and startled.

I faked a cough and looked away.

"I'm sorry, sir. I didn't know that you and Ms. Ciara are here," Kira apologized, looking sorry.

"Don't worry. It's fine," Drew told Kira coldly. I pretended that I didn't noticed his cold stares as Kira told us that our dinner was now being served downstairs.

"I'll see you soon, Ciara. I'll come back and visit for you," Drew told me sincerely with a force smile. I wanted to cry on his shoulder and tell him to stay but I only managed to nod. Besides, he has work to do and summer is about to end.

"Take care," I smiled and hugged him.

"All passengers to Manila, Philippines, please proceed to the main corridor. Again, all passengers to Manila, Philippines, please proceed to the main corridor. Thank you."

I sighed and smiled at each other. "I think this is it." I shrugged as I hugged him for one last time as a tear fell from my eye.

"Take care of yourself," he reminded, pressing his lips on my head. I slightly nodded.

"You too."

We said each other 'goodbyes' as we walked in separate ways.

"And, oh, Ciara!" Drew called out that made me look back to him."If something happened to you, call me and I'll be there. Okay?"

I gave him a thumbs up and waved while he nodded and walked away, dragging his luggage with him.

See you soon, best friend!
