Chapter 8

KILEY

My dad seriously does treat me like a baby and his princess because he got me a new car.

"Daddy, I love you!" I smile as I admire my new 4-by-4 drive.

"Anything for my princess, now is New York permanent because I could get Chefs, maids, assistance over here within hours." Dad said.

"Did Zach ask for Chef Nikclous?" I wondered.

"Yes, but he got Chef Alexandre instead. "Dad laughed.

"Can you shift Chef Nikclous here for a few weeks and a cleaning service." I know I sound like a spoilt rich kids but whatever!

"You go up to your new home and I'll call in." Dad gave me the keys to the penthouse.

I walked into the hotel and everyone suddenly stopped doing there work snd stood up.

"Ma'am." A woman came up to me. She was around 25 at least.

"I'm only Kiley Martins, please continue..." I smiled at the workers.

"Please let me exscort you up to your penthouse." She lead the way towards the elevator.

Liam.... Liam.... Liam...

Stop it brain!

What did I do wrong?
Why did we break up?
Someone give me answers, but the only one who can give me answer is, Liam.

I know it sounds stupid but I have everything planned out for the wedding. Table, venue, cards, dress and the perfect groom.
It's all just a dream now, never going to be a reality.

And the I heard the ding of the elevator.

I stepped out of the elevator into my new home.

It was just as I remembered, gorgeous!

"I hope then suit is to your liking. "The woman said.

"It is, thank you and your name?" I asked.

"Sandy, Sandy Nickels." She replied.

"Are my bags already up here?" I asked.

"Yes ma'am, if you need anything else just call reception. "She told me before heading back to the elevator.

I walked over to the balcony to see the New York skyline.
It's beautiful at night, just takes your breath away. I take out my phone and start to call Liam, but I hang up and the last minute.

"Why? Why Liam? Why?" I whisper to myself.

It's only for a few weeks. It's only for a few weeks.

The past few days have been horrid, sad and werid.
I left on Liam's birthday, and my dad within minutes somehow got his jet from California to Miami to pick me up and then take Zach, Nikki and I to New York.

I haven't even called Rachel.
Never mind text her later.

I hear the elevator ding and see my dad walking out of it on his phone.

"I've got another surprise!" Dad smiled at me.

And Zach and Nikki walked out of the elevator. I ran into my brother's arms and gave him the biggest hug ever.

"Love you Zachy." I whispered into his ear.

"Love you too Kiles." He replied.

"What about me?" Nikki grabbed me and pulled me into a massive hug.

"You okay?" She asked.

"Totally." I smiled back.

New City, new day, new me, new beginnings.
