For back to school I decided to decorate my old plain white binder. I put some washi tape on the sides of the binder. Then, I drew 8 normal Neko Atsume cats (4 female and 4 male cats) and put some colored paper on the back of the cats and then finally glued the cats to scrapbook paper. Here is a picture of the cats:
