I drew this kawaii girl based off this Japanese cat hair tie thing. I think my drawing looks cuter than the actual thing though. I hope the coloring looks good.
A/N: The reason I am doing W.I.P.s is because you can see the difference and the transformation of the drawing and also because it might have been a really nice drawing and horrible coloring or vice versa.
