After the principal got the entire story she had our guardians meet in her office to discuss repercussions. Jax and Jake emerge with a hard look on their faces. Yup, I'm dead.

"Jamisyn and Grayson, you are suspended for one week. Asher and Wyatt, have a week of detention," the principal announces.

I walk out to the car and get in the back. Here comes Alpha dog's lecture.

"Fighting. Really. I thought you were more mature than that. When we get home, I want you to go to your room, I can't even look at you."

Ouch that stings. We arrive, much to my dismay, and I go up to my room. I sit there crying for about an hour before I can't take it. I go to my bathroom and decide on my sides. One cut for every day I'm suspended.

One...

Two...

Three...

Fo...

The door suddenly burst open. Startled, I accidentally cut a little deeper than I meant to. I scream out looking up and seeing Wyatt. What?

"Why aren't you in school?"

"I was worried about you. And apparently I had a right to be."

I look down.

"Sorry," I meekly reply.

"These kids. Wyatt. If you are in this house, I swear to god you better come out right now with a fucking hospital band on," Justin angrily yells.

He pulls me into the hallway with him.

"Does this count?"

My wound is still gushing blood.

"Shit. James." He yells with urgency.

"Yeah," he says running into the hallway. He sees my cut and rushes to me pulling me back into the bathroom. He rushes and turns on the tub with freezing water. He pushes me in and I scream out.

"After about three minutes, he picks me up and sets me on the sink. Getting his medical equipment. He disinfects it and wraps it and takes me to the hospital.

Meanwhile.

"Family meeting."

They all meet downstairs.

"Where's Jamie and James."

"We'll talk about that."

"Okay last twenty four hours. Let's catch up."

"Jamie got suspended for fighting."

"Wyatt skipped school."

Wyatt was awfully quiet.

"Speak up, you know something we don't."

"The fight was because Asher's friend sexually harassed Jamie and insulted me. She tackled him and landed a few punches until I pulled her off. While she was restrained, Grayson came over and punched her in the stomach. She went off on him and the principal walked in. I'm not sure what happened at home or in the car but when I skipped school and came home. I heard crying and saw Jamie cutting herself again. I pulled the razor out of her hand. And heard Justin demanding I come into the hallway. I came out pulling Jamie with me and James took care of her wounds and took her to the hospital."

"Wait, that's how the fight was started," Jax asked.

"Yes sir."

"Damn it. I can't believe I said that," he sobbed.

"Did you say something in the car?"

"Yes," he admitted choking on a sob.

"What did you say?"

He could only blubber.

"He told her to go to her room because he couldn't stand to look at her."

"I-I I was just dis-disappointed that she fought in school and now she's in the hospital."

The meeting ended and Jax went to the gym to unwind. They had John accompany him to make sure he doesn't over work or hurt himself.

At the hospital

We arrive and I see ten twelve fourteen eleven okay my vision was a little blurry. Figures James calls in a favor. They get me on a stretcher and into a room. They insert and IV and put a feeding tube down my stomach.

"Get well soon baby girl," is the last thing I hear before James gets up and leaves.

At the gym.

Bam. Boom. Slice. Boom. Boom. Bam. Ugh.

Is the only thing you hear.

Jax is squared up to a punching bag and is trying to kill it with his bare hands.

"Stop. Stop. STOP. YOU'RE GONNA BREAK YOUR HAND," John order.

"I deserve it. I hurt Jamie, once again. I can't even look at myself."

"Forget bag. Switch to weights."

They move to weight.

Up. Down. Up. Down. Up. Down.

Clank

"Dude you just broke the machine."

"Whatever, I'll just switch to the next machine."

"No. Sit down and stretch."

"No," Jax whines.

"Now."

A few hours later the guys head up to see Jamie.

"How is she."

"What's the new."

"Hurry up."

"Tell us."

"I will beat you."

"Guys, she's fine. She has a feeding tube and an IV and should be able to have an EKG and be home tomorrow."

"Can we see her."

"Yes, but only one at a time. Hospital rooms are small."

"Me."

"I."

"I'm her favorite."

"I'm her brother."

Was exchanged while Jax calmly walks in.

"Hi, baby girl."

"Hi," my voice sounds raspy and awful.

"You sound terrible."

"Thanks," I mutter sarcastically.

Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep.

"Sir, you need to leave."

"What." Is all he can manage to say before he is shoved out. Stay safe baby girl...
