Tony forced her to ride with him in the elevator but suddenly in the middle of the way the elevator went off. She thought Tony would have switched the gibbs switch, so she switched it back on. But nothing happened. She took her phone out of her pocket and called gibbs. 'Gibbs?' 'Gibbs?! Its me. I am stuck in the Elevator with...mhm..tony' 'I know' 'then bring us out here!!' 'No' 'NO?! WHY NOT!' 'I'll let you two out after you talked to each other.' 'Bu..but gibbs!!' 'No buts ziva! Talk' with that he hung up. She punched the wall and began to curse in Hebrew. After a while she calm down and sat down on the floor. 'Ziva?' She didn't respond. She didn't want to talk to Tony. 'Ziva, please...' she still ignored him. 'Okay of you don't want to talk, listen.' 'NO! I dont want to hear you lies!! Okay?' Tears started to stream down her face but and she biried her face into her knees. She didn't want that tony to see her like this. Weak, crying. Then she felt a hand on her hair. She pushed Tonys hand away. But then he did something which was not expected. he freaked out.  'WHY CAN'T YOU JUST BELIEVE ME?! ZIVA I NEVER SAW THIS WOMAN BEFORE!! I'D NEVER CHEAT ON YOU! DAMN I LOVE YOU!! I AM THE HAPPIEST MAN ON THE WORLD WHEN I AM WITH YOU!! WHY SHOULD I LITTER ALL THIS??! WITH YOU AND THALI AND KATE!! WHY ARE DO YOU BELIEVE A WOMAN YOU NEVER SAW BEFORE, BUT NOT ME WHO YOU KNOW OVER 10 YEARS?!!' She was speechless. She didn't know what she could say. Tony was right. But how could she tell him that?!
