(Bucky's pov)
She was laying there in the sun. She looked incredible. Her legs were shining in the sun and her skin was glowing. She looked like a goddess of some sort and I couldn't take it anymore. "Buck are you listening to me?!" Steve said. I turned back to face Steve who apparently been talking for a while. "Oh sorry! What were you saying?" I responded. "Oh I see! You're gonna just stare at her until your eyeballs pop out of their sockets!" Steve said sarcastically. "Well I tried to make a move, but of course the moment was ruined and I couldn't go through with it!" I explained. But Steve decided to be a punk and make a move for me. "Hey (y/n)!" He called, and grabbed a bottle of sunscreen. "You should reapply, it's been a few hours!" He advised her. "Oh ok thanks Steve!" She replied. "Oh and Bucky is great on putting on sunscreen, I never burn when he helps me. Maybe he'll halo you if you ask!" Steve said glancing at me. I was about to freeze up, but I knew I had to be a man. "Yeah I can help you (y/n)! You gotta protect that soft skin of yours!" I said and mentally palmed myself for sounding so creepy. She sat up and handed me the bottle of sunscreen. I sat behind her squeezing some onto my hand. I rubbed them together and started massaging the sunscreen into her shoulders and back. I probably used way more sunscreen than usual because I didn't want to have to stop touching her. I worked my way down her arms and then I did her legs. I want too nervous being that close and personal at first, but when I had no other parts to do but her chest and stomach, I panicked a little. I started on her stomach and she jumped a little. "Oh cold!" She half yelped. "I-I'm sorry-y" I managed to get out. I rubbed it in more warming it up, trying my hardest not to make eye contact with her. Now I knew I was really screwed. I squeezed a big blog onto my hands and started on her chest. I held her still holding her shoulder while rubbing the sunblock in using circular movements. I guess I didn't realize how much time had passed until I looked up at Tony aka her father! He was looking down at me and said "I think she's covered there!". I wanted to die it was an awful feeling having him look at me like I did something wrong. He's given me that look before, but not in regards to (y/n). That's a line I wished Tony had had never crossed. I knew she want mine, and I knew he was her father. But I felt protective over her. And he shouldn't have a right to tell me when, where, and how long I can touch her. I hated that when he finally accepted me into the team, he wouldn't give me a say. I knew this conflict would cause trouble for my plan to end up with (y/n). But I couldn't understand why it was a problem before we were even dating. Luckily (y/n) didn't take the uncomfortable moment too seriously and she giggled and said "chill out dad! I'm not a little girl anymore.". I was mortified but thankful that she handled it well. Tony walked away and she turned to the side so we weren't in the awkward "kids going to second base" arrangement. We sat there and talked for a while until it was time to pack up and boat back to the lake house.
