Chapter 9- MAGIC?!

Evil Queen

That stupid, dumb, stubborn, insane teenage girl inside a mirror! Why won't she give in?!

I slammed my head down onto my desk.

Ow!

I sighed, looking through the kingdom papers. Hunger, homelessness, profit, non-growing crops...since when did I care about this stuff?!

I threw the papers down and massaged my temples. Ugh...

Woosh!

I looked up, startled, to see a very hot guy in my office. About as hot as the prince.

He looked at me a groaned. "Shoot, wrong person. What is up my magic today?"

"MAGIC?!" I shouted, excitedly.

"W-what? Who s-said anything about m-magic?" He stuttered.

I gave him a deadpanned look. He smiled sheepishly.

"What are you?" I asked, still excited a creature of magic was in my kingdom, besides magic mirror.

"Um...a mortal?"

"That can appear out of nowhere in my castle?" I questioned.

"Yes?"

I shook my head and dragged him to my bedroom, the whole time he was trying to get out of my grip.

"Magic mirror, appear to me!" I commanded.

"I told you, it's-" she stopped in the middle of her sentence to stare at the man I had in my grip.

"Woah." She spoke.

I smirked. "Who is this man?"

"U-um, he is-"

The man next to me cleared his throat.

"...a wizard." Magic mirror spoke.

"A wizard, huh? What's his name?" I asked.

"He's-"

"Will, your majesty." The handsome wizard cut magic mirror off.

"Will, hmm?"

"Um, can I have him?" Mirror asked.

"Have him?!" I looked at magic mirror incredulously.

"Well, you don't want him running, right? He might be of value to you, right? And if you let me have him, I'll give you Snow White's location."

I thought it over. It was a good idea and I need Snow White's location. "Ok."

I pushed Will towards the mirror. He touched it, then immediately fell through.

"There! Now where is Snow White?"

Magic Mirror looked in her large book while Will pounded on the glass.

"Oh Queen, this map will lead you there. Treat it well and treat it fair." Magic Mirror pushed a map through the glass.

"What?" I asked as I bent down to grab it.

"Ugh. The map will take you to Snow White as long as you don't let it rip, get dirty, or anything else bad happen to it."

"Ok, got it." I smirked. Now, how will I get to Snow White?

Will

"Brother!" Katy cried as soon as the Evil Queen left.

"Hey sis." I smiled as she tackled me in a hug.

"I haven't seen you in forever. What are you doing here?"

"Heh, we'll get to that later. So how's the mirror life treating you?" I asked.

"Okay, except for the evil queen. What is her problem? Gosh. And she's obsessed with killing Snow White. Poor girl."

"Yeah..." I trailed off, "So I have something to tell you."

"What's that?"

"Snow White isn't really Snow White." I rubbed the back of my neck.

Katy looked at me, confused. "What do you mean?"

I told Katy the whole story from the beginning up until now. When I was done, she stepped up to me and slapped me.

I grabbed my cheek and groaned. "I deserved that."

"Yeah! And a lot more! How could you do that?" She shouted at me.

"I was bored!" I defended.

"That is no excuse, you idiot." She scolded me.

"I know. I'm sorry, but there's more."

Katy groaned. "Oh good lord and what is that?"

"I may have developed feelings for Sophie. I don't even know why I have. I've only talked to her, like, 4 times!" I was frustrated. I've never had feelings for anyone and now I'm just...confused.

Katy hit me in the back of my head.

"Ow! What did you do that for!?"

"You're an idiot. It's so obvious!"

"What's so obvious?!" I shouted.

"She's obviously your true love!" Katy shouted back

"My true love?" You see, almost everyone in the fairytale world has a true love. Some find theirs, some do not. Some just don't have one. I thought I didn't have one.

"Yes!"

"How do you know?" Katy gave me a deadpanned look and I saw what she was getting at.

"I-I need some time to think." I muttered to Katy.

She looked at me weirdly, but nodded. She closed her eyes and I stepped through the mirror. I looked back at her.

"It was nice seeing you sis."

"You too and hopefully, the next time I see you, you'll have a fiancé."

I smiled, but in my head, I doubted it.

So this chapter was shorter than the other. I'm really sorry that it's been so long since I posted, but I'm back. So, Sophie and Will. True loves!!! Ahhhh! 😏
