Addy's pov:
*Sigh* "I just wish all days can be like today, just having a normal morning with your family. No sadness, no pain, just family.
Unfortunately, it can't always be this way. I wish it was though...
Just in case you were wondering, it's the middle of summer and I'm going to 5th grade in a few weeks. Am I nervous? Kinda.
Will I admit it? Not a chance.
I know 5th grade isn't a big deal for most 11 year olds, but for my family, it kinda is...
It's even harder for Lexi. She's starting kindergarten soon too, and she couldn't be more nervous. She's never been to school before... Im worried about her.
I know most kids go to daycare or preschool before kindergarten lexi didn't though, so she has no idea what school is like.
I hope she'll be ok...
Flashback:
"Hello?"
A small girl entered the room,
Her long blonde hair in pigtails.
"Hello Elena, long time, no see."
Rasped an elderly voice.
"Y-yes sir, i came back."
The girl quivered as she spoke.
"Do not be afraid, come closer child."
She slowly climbed the stairs shaking in fear.
"Now, now girl, I won't harm you."
She wimpered.
"How old are you Elena?"
He Asked.
"I'm 8 s-sir."
"8 huh, oh well i guess you'll have to do.
"What are you going to do to me?"
She whispered.
"Why nothing child, why would I harm my favorite Niece?"
"U-um I don't know..."
"Good answer girl."
"Now, come with me."
She obeyed, full of fear.
He led her to a small room.
"You will sleep here girl."
He muttered.
"O-ok sir."
"Elena, call me uncle..."
"Ok, um uncle."
She stuttred
He left the room, slamming the door and locking it.
And making the room black with darkness.
Elena cowered in fear as she hated the pitch black darkness that surrounded her.
She took out her small flashlight from her pocket and pulled out a photo.
In the picture, was a tall young women and man.
The woman had flowing brown hair and the man had short blond hair and blue eyes.
"Oh mother and father, i miss you so much!"
"Why did you let him take me away!?""Why!?"
Elena cluched the picture tight in her hands and cried.
