I treasured you in my heart
I wished we'd never be apart
You look at me like im the only girl around
You make me feel important and never let me down.
I believe in your words and keep our relationship strong
Even if deep inside me I can feel something is wrong
Because I love you, I continue to hold on
Keeping all the memories we had for so long
When the storm came, you left me in the middle of the rain
Leaving me here, dealing with all this pain
Everyday I woke up with tears in my eyes
One day, I told myself, "That's enough" and so I realized.
Go on, live the life the way you want it to be
I'm finally letting go, that's why now you're free
I'm trying to move on, but always remember
I'm thankful because once we have been together.
