Have you all heard Alex and Sierra's rendition of Best Song Ever? (X Factor USA). It is beyond beautiful, and transforms the song into a romantic story. Ill try and put a link in down below, so keep their version in mind when reading this chapter. So without further ado, here is chapter 11!

All I could think about was how close we were in this room, and even though I could see him clearly, there was no way he knew I was here. I wanted so bad to be up close, touching, embraced in one of his hugs, whispering in my ear, "I told you I would see you later".

Through my rampant thoughts I thuroughly enjoyed the performance. The band seemed to have enjoyed themselves more than the crowd, cracking jokes and inserting weird lyrics. Their singing, I could see, sent several girls near me over the edge, blubbering and singing along with the lyrics as tears streamed down their faces.

After the show they left the stage, but I was too preoccupied by thoughts to register that hundreds of teenage girls began surging towards the exit, and I was being carried with them. I had lost my two friends in the mixture of girls so I fought against the rush and clung to the back wall as tight as I could back into it. I scanned across the heads of the crowd, hopeful that I might catch a glimpse of one of them, but I quickly realized that wouldn't be the case.

Then I thought of someone who would probably be much easier to find.

As the room thinned of bodies, it was easier to make my way along the walls to the stage. I stumbled on a black door in the shadows of the curtains by the floor of the stage.

There was no sign on it or around it whatsoever, and it opened when I pushed on the handle. Bright yellow lights of a hallway flooded the open doorway, and after taking a glance behind me, I quickly stepped inside and shut the door behind me.

To the right there was an exit door down a few meters, but to the left was more hallway and a left and a right turn into a different hallway, with voices coming from it. Boys voices.

At this point I wasn't even thinking, I was just doing, and briskly walked down the corridor, turning right at the T. I was absolutely positive that Niall was in that group walking away, but I suddenly couldn't remember how to walk forward anymore.

"Niall!" I shouted. I opened my mouth to say more, but-

"Excuse me miss, are you part of the VIP group? You need to go back to the lounge and the boys will be there soon." A deep voice resinated from behind me.

I turned to find a muscular man in black pants and a black shirt looking at me suspiciously with crossed arms.

"Um no, I'm not. But," I glanced from him to the band of boys walking away like a tennis match, trying to decide if I should keep trying to explain to this man or try to run around him. In my indecision I saw that one of the boys with side-swept straight hair had turned around.

My indecision also indicated to the gaurd that I was not supposed to be there at all.

"Miss, I'm afraid you're going to have to leave the building, the shows over" He tried to reach out to take my arm but I pulled away and turned to run to Niall, but the security man stepped in front of me instead.

"Niall!" I shouted again, trying duck around the man's broad figure. We made eye contact and a hush settled over the room.

"Hold on, wait a minute Paulie," His irish lilt wrapped around my ears in familiarity.

The gaurd turned around to awknowledge him, and Niall, making his way over, stared at me in wonder as it registered in both of us that we were here.

"Felicity," He opened up his arms for a hug and as cheesy as it sounds, I crashed into him. Neither of us said a word, but Harry said,

"What have we got here?"

Niall mumbled somthing inaudible into my hair and I responded with "Hmm?". I pulled my head away from his chest to get a proper look at him again. He was as perfect as ever, with a dose of sweat and eau de b.o.

Harry coughed. "Hello Felicity, it's nice to see you again."

"Hola Harry, it's good to see you too." I turned to smile at him and saw the other three boys grinning as cheekily as Harry was.

"Hello Felicity, I'm Zayn. It's nice to meet you finally."

"I'm Liam, lovely to meet you babe."

"And I'm Louis. Niall over here has told us a lot about you." Louis winked. "It's lovely to meet you in person though."

I looked back at Niall who had been looking at me the whole time. "Did you really now?" I looked at him slyly, and he started blushing like crazy. I gave a hearty laugh and pulled him in to keep hugging me.

"Niall," Liam said. "We have fans to meet and we can't keep them waiting."

His lungs collapsed against my body as a woosh of air tickled my ear.

"Do I have to?" He muttered, and I let out a soft laugh.

"Yes dear." I didn't want to take away from his fan's precious time. After all, they would probably only get to meet the band once, and paid a lot of money for VIP tickets.

"Will you wait in our changing room? I'll be there as soon as we're done." He looked straight into my eyes like a pleading puppy. Like he even needed to beg.

"I don't know..." I teased. But when he kept pleading with his eyes I pecked him on the lips.

With that confirmation he took me to the boys's changing room, kissed me again, and left to meet and greet the fans waiting in the VIP lounge.
