ITS THE WEEKEND!!

Thank goodness for that.

As soon as I woke up this morning, I saw my dog on me.

"Goodmorning Levi." And he practically just barked at me. I mean, if my golden retriever greeted back, I'm gonna bring him to church.

After I took a shower, I went down to the living room. And as usual, I was all alone.

Dana had work, as well as Joseph. My parents are in London. And Miggy had an activity in school.

I still can't believe that Miguel is in the third grade.

I still can't believe that I'm graduating college.

I went to the kitchen, made some coffee and placed some pandesal on a small plate. I then went back to the living room with my food and opened the tv to watch a morning show.

I love mornings.

"Hello?"

"ELIZABETH!" Mel yelled in the phone.

" Mel stop yelling!" I laughed.

" Fine! But, how was the film yesterday?" Mel said with happiness and contentment in the tone of her voice.

"It was amazing!" I told her.

If you think I didn't mean it, I did.

" You think so? Tom said it was horrible!"

"Maybe Tom just likes you." I teased.

"Ew, God no!" She laughed. "Who wants 'MOM' as a ship name?"

"OH MY GOD, YOU MADE A SHIP NAME FOR YOU TWO!"

"STOP YELLING LIZA!"

Before I answered back, the doorbell suddenly rang.

"Mel, I'll talk to you later, okay?"

"Sure. Bye!" And then she hung up.

I looked outside the window before I went to the gate.

I saw a tall guy, smiling.
