US Election

You know how everybody is talking about the election? Seriously, everyone!

   Well, I'm here to talk about it. So you can either skip this chapter or read it.

   I actually talked to my friends about it when I was still in 7th Grade. They said there were three people running: Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.

   According to them, he wanted to build a wall around America because he had a thing about immigrants. They also said he's terribly racist. Apparently, he's going to change his original plan and build a wall around America and he's going to a meeting with Mexico.

   My question is, 'Why the fudge would you want to do something like that in the first place??!'

   Is it because of immigrants causing trouble? Okay, yeah, immigrants were always causing trouble. In every single country!! And I understand that nobody wants to give their country a bad name.

   I should know! I live on an island where really naive people think we all have dreadlocks, smoke weed, live under palm trees and drink coconuts. I honestly thought that after Tessane Chin won the Voice it would stop, but I was wrong.

   But seriously, immigrants are always getting deported every year, but nobody was really bitching about it. And about people shipping illegal stuff to America? Still! Nobody left America, and people still wanted to got there.

   I mean, like seriously crime is everywhere, we all know local people break laws too. So, yeah, nobody wants trouble making immigrants. But cutting off immigrants as a whole will just make things ten times worse. I mean, America is supposed to be the dream place. If he actually did that...wouldn't America just fail economically or something? I just really just don't understand why people support him!

   People are saying, "Well, it looks like they're trying to make America white again!" or something like that.

   Ladies and gentlemen, we have a new Hitler!

   So I asked my friends, "What does Donald Trump got?"

   "He's a billionaire, he can do a lot."

   I heard him on the TV saying he can do whatever he wants and I was like, 'No, you can't.'

   That's supposed to be the joke of life. It doesn't matter what you do, you can't always get things to go your own way and you can't get everything you want. You're supposed to use the things you have and work hard to achieve greater things. And no, idiot I don't mean take over the world. I mean like, get a well paying job and buying a decent house.

   So I asked, "What does Hillary Clinton got?"

   "Well...she a woman!"

   My Mom also said she's a democrat so she supports immigrants.

   I've heard a lot of people on the Internet saying Hillary is a witch, but since I don't know much about her, I can't agree with them or defend Hillary. All I know is that she didn't divorce Bill Clinton even after he cheated on her.

   I am going to base this off the very wise words of @SparkleCherries.

   "Donald Trump is like Voldemort, and nobody wants him to be President."

   Word.

   "Hillary Clinton is like Dolores Umbridge and nobody wants her to be President."

   Like Dolores Umbridge? So does that mean she has a lot of rules and is unfair? (You would get this if you were a Harry Potter fan) Once again, I know absolutely nothing about her.

   My friends said something to me, and it was the most truest thing I've ever heard in my life: 'When it comes to elections, it's not really about who you like, it's about who you hate the least!'

   But I mentioned that it wasn't really any of our business, since:

A. We're not old enough to vote.

B. It's not even our ding-dang country!

   I'm just really concerned about the well-being of the world (not even kidding) and I want to be able to visit my relatives in the US.

   Well, I guess that's all I have to say. I'm not telling you who to vote for. I'm just saying think long and hard about your decision.
