•Little longer than usual!
Y/n's POV
Today Shawn came home from tour and a little vaca he took. But as for me I'm in New York for work. I was sad that I might not make my flight in time and be home and in Toronto in time to surprise Shawn.
It's been literally forever since I've seen Shawn even through texting, calling, and FaceTime.
But I really wanted to see him even though he might be tired. I was interrupted by my boss,
"Hey umm I know your leaving earlier than usual so I'm gonna let you go ahead and leave since its a special occasion!" She said taking some papers off my desk.
"Oh my gosh thank you soooooo much!!! I'll have my report out in about 3 days is that okay?" She nodded before walking out of my office.
I grabbed my coat and my bag and practically ran out the doors of the building.
I stopped at my apartment and changed into some jeggings and a maroon long sleeved shirt and white converse. I grabbed my luggage and quickly went back to my car.
✈️In The Airport✈️
"Flight 321 to Toronto! Flight 321 to Toronto!" The intercom blasted the through the speakers.
I stood up and walked to board my plane ride home.
I sat down and took out my fuzzy blanket and fell fast asleep.

I finally arrived at the Toronto Airport. I couldn't be any happier being home and about to be home to Shawn.
"Y/N!! OVER HERE!!" I turned around and saw Karen, Aaliyah, and Manny.
"Hey guys!!!" I said hugging each of them.
"Shawn's flight lands in about 2 hours so we need to head in to the building where his surprise is waiting!"
🏢At The Building🏢
"Hey guys hey hey guys! Okay Shawn is on his way with Brian and Andrew! So places people places!" Karen shouts to the room filled with friends and family.
I hide behind a wall with Aaliyah, I was pretty nervous to see him again. I mean after all it's been ages since I've seen him.
The door opens the lights flicker on, as we all jump out and say,
"SURPRISE!!!!" As I smiled seeing his face again made we want to melt. But I couldn't step out just yet because Karen wanted me to be the biggest surprise. So I stayed behind the wall.
"Okay know that everyone has hugged and welcomed Shawn, Sweetheart we have a surprise for you. Uhh it took us a while to make these plans so I really hope you like it!"
"Okay!" He said enthusiastically.
I stepped out from the wall as Shawn's face lit up as like he had seen Ed Sheeran.
"Y/n!" He said running and picking me up for a hug.
"Hey baby!" I smiled as I kissed his lips.
"How did you wait what?"
"I flew out today and since I'm not that far from Canada I thought I would surprise you!" He smiled.
"Oh my God I missed you!"
"I missed you too!"
