I laughed a little. "Ah..thank you.."

Killian smiled back at me.

"What time is it?" I asked him.

He took out his phone, turned it on and looked at he time. "10:45, why?" He answered.

My eyes went wide. Shit! "Oh my god! I'm late for work! I'm sorry Killian, but I have to go," I said, frantically. I turned to run out the door, but Killian stopped me by grabbing my arm.

"Emma, I don't think you're in the best condition to be working right now," he said, looking into my eyes.

One of my favorite parts about Killian is his eyes. I can't even begin to explain how beautiful they are. They are so blue and I could get lost in them for hours..

"I- Killian, you don't understand," I replied, sadly.

Killian raised an eyebrow at me, questioningly and said, "What, Emma? What do I not understand?"

"My boss, it's just, he-"

"He's a strict boss, I get it..bee have all had a really strict boss in our life. But Emma, your hung over and I think you need a break.."

"Killian, no. He's not just strict he's.." I paused, wondering if I should tell him or not.

"He's what, Emma?"

"He likes me.. He is a fucking pervert. But if I screw something up then he'll only treat me worse," I whispered.

Killian's jaw clenched. "Then you are definitely not going to work, Swan. You are going to stay here for the day so I can look after you."

I rolled my eyes but let out a sigh. If there's anything I know about Killian, it's that he's very overprotective. "Fine.." I mumbled, reluctantly.

He smiled and let my arm go. "Now. You make yourself at home while I go clean up the little mess you made upstairs.."

My face blushed a dark shade of red at the thought of how I threw up.. It wouldn't be as big of a problem if I had just thrown up in the toilet or something since that's easy to clean up..but since it was on the floor...yikes?

Killian went upstairs while I sat down on his couch. Holy shit. This couch is amazing. I laid down on it. It's soft and not hard, like mine. It's comfortable.. God, it's been so long since I've really been comfortable. I let out a sigh as I laid on the couch.

About 5 minutes later, Killian came back downstairs. I didn't realize it because I was so lost in my own thoughts and my eyes were closed. I heard him chuckle, which brought me back to reality. I jump up from the couch when I heard him.

"Sorry, I just-"

"Swan, it's fine. I told you to make yourself at home, didn't I?" He smiled.

I smiled back at him. "Thanks," I said, sitting back down on the couch. Just as I sat down, my stomach growled.

"I'm going to make you breakfast wether you like it or not," Killian said, sternly. I couldn't say anything before he walked into the kitchen.

My eyes widened and I followed him into the kitchen, quickly. "Killian, no."

He turned back around to look at me. "When was the last time you ate?"

I rolled my eyes and kept quiet. He doesn't need to know..

"Emma. Answer me," Killian said.

I let out a sigh. "Two days ago," I finally replied.

Killian's mouth opened. "Two days?! Emma, what the hell! You can't keep doing this. This is unhealthy. You need to eat if you want to continue to live!" He shouted in hat amazing British accent of his..what?
