The setting sun illuminated the right side of your face. Distant train whistles filled the air around you. Your suitcase's wheels caught on a few pebbles, but you didn't notice as you scanned the area and confirming it with your phone. As expected, your mother's directions were illogical like usual.

After being told that you were to be sent away for a year, you'd expected that your mother would be more clingy and meticulous in asking how you were doing, but apparently she was still careless in her actions. The directions she had given to you to arrive at your apartment were impossible to follow, so unless you found a person to guide you, you were lost.

It seemed that you'd crossed the same basketball court about three times.

Oh fuck, you were screwed.

A teenage boy with red hair watched you wander around the area, and seeing as this was about the third or fourth time he'd seen you, he decided to take pity on you. As he approached you, he realized that you were very confused, for you hadn't noticed his even, approaching footsteps. That was odd, nobody ignored him, and if they did, it didn't usually end well.

The basketball player's eyes analytically scanned over your hunched over form, and he stopped when he came to the conclusion that you were foreign. Measuring the odds, he decided it wouldn't hurt to help you with whatever your issue was.

"Excuse me. Can I help you? You seem lost, and I've seen you here more than what would be considered normal or casual," you looked up in surprise, and jerked away from the man out of reflex. You looked over the newcomer, and deemed him regular enough to speak to casually.

The boy's red eyes looked at you and it was then that you realized that you were now screwed. He wanted an answer, and wasn't bullshitting around.

"Ah, s-sorry. I have been looking around for my apartment, but got a little lost," This didn't seem to help your situation much, for the handsome student extended a hand out in expectancy, and you handed him the map and 'directions'.

After a few moments, he looked up from his reading and smirked. "Not only are you foreign, but you told a random boy you met on the street personal information, gave him directions to your home where you live alone and you don't even know his name? Must I start spoon feed you as well? You re-"

"I knew I could tr-"

His sharp glare stopped your words, and your voice got stuck in your throat. Shit, his glare could kill a man without even making a move.

"I believe you aren't aware, but I am absolute." His gold eye pierced through every fiber of your body, and you were frozen from panic and fear.

"For I am Akashi Seijuro, and I always win. Therefore, I am always correct. Now follow me."

Akashi walked away and stopped when he didn't hear your footsteps. You jogged forward.
