You really hated time differences right now.

Because it was morning in Japan, you had to stay awake even though you were exhausted. Your body kept screaming from lack of sleep, and your life support was known as coffee.

You had decided to make a list of things that you needed to do before you were officially complete with your 'moving in' process. There were lists littered everywhere, and you were fairly sure one of them said to clean all of the lists from their random places.

Akashi said that he'd be arriving at your place at about 1, and you wanted him to be at least mildly impressed with how much you'd accomplished. At the rate you were going, he'd be surprised with how little you'd gotten done.

At about 12:45, you decided to take a shower and get dressed so that you wouldn't keep your new friend waiting when he dropped by. Your pantry and fridge now had food in it, your bed had actual bedsheets that matched the lamp and curtains, your smelly clothes were separated into different hampers, dust was removed from everything, and you had put all of your belongings in the place they were supposed to be. The apartment had some sense of decency.

As trickles of water trailed down your body, you finally allowed yourself to relax. That is, until you heard the familiar creaking of your front door, and the soft padding of footsteps hitting the wooden floor. Wrapping yourself in a soft blue towel, you crept out with your weapon of choice- the lamp that had recently been set up on your bedside table.

Your muted footsteps were accompanied by swallowing breathing. One of your hands kept your towel knotted together to ensure that you were partly decent. Due to your panic of a burglar entering your home, you hadn't dried off the water so water droplets rolled over your skin and fell to the floor. Your hair clung to your neck.

"TAKE THIS YOU PATHE-" your war cry was stopped when you saw who it was. "How the hell did you get in here?"

"Hmmm, I think you should be decent before I answer any of your questions," Akashi pretended to be innocent, but he was trying to hold a smirk back. You were too fazed by his actions to notice his acting.

"Pervert," you hissed before backing away to get your clothes. The sneaky redhead chuckled when he saw you walking with your back to the wall, eyes never leaving his. "

"If you think I'm perverted, you should meet one of my ex-teammates. He's a real mess. Now go get dressed, and we'll talk later."

Akashi's shooing motions only made you blush harder, and you let out a cry of frustration. After closing the door, you sighed and tried to find some clothes that would be suitable for the occasion you were going to attend. You weren't too sure what was going to happen, but after seeing the usually formally dressed Akashi wearing a pair of track pants, a tee-shirt, and a jacket, you decided to just wear a pair of jeans, a sweatshirt, and sneakers.

As you exited your bedroom, you saw Akashi lounging on your couch while reading something on his phone. He looked up when he saw you.

"How did you get in my house?" was the first thing that left your mouth. You had quite a bone to pick with the person in front of you, and it had been less than 24 hours since you had met him.

"You gave me the key yesterday to open your house. I looked at it, and then when I left, I made two copies of the same key."

"Who the hell are you? What normal and sane person does that??" Akashi had to be one of the weirdest people you had ever met.

"Why, I am Akashi Seijuro, of course." He got off of your couch and walked to the front door before removing his indoor slippers and putting on his outdoor shoes. "Now, we must get going if you want to meet my friends."

"Wha- But I'm hungy! What about food?" You followed him out of the door, and Akashi locked up your apartment, proving that he also had a key.

"Well, Murasakibara should be of help, in that case." Akashi walked away, leaving you to chase after him. His pace was quite fast, for someone of his height and stature.

"Who is that?"

"You'll see,"

"I swear I can hear the smirk in your voice,"

"Whatever are you talking about?" You growled as he feigned innocence.
