His brothers dust was kept in a jar. You were saving Asriels dust because you had a plan.
This plan would end with you and Chara fighting, and him being horrified and angry. Mostly angry because you killed his brother.
Chara looked around, hoping he'd find his brother. A few hours ago, he had heard shrieks and people begging and pleading for someone to spare their lives.
Then, he heard a scream followed by laughing.
Asriel.
Chara ran home and grabbed a knife. "Nobody would hurt him." He muttered. He smiled. "People know that I would go crazy if I found out that...That he.." He shook his head.
"I'll find him. I think people are just acting.."
Chara walked outside. Before he had ran to his house, people were walking around, calm. Maybe a few people were worried because of the shrieks of a few monsters, but besides that, things were good.
Now, however, everything was silent. Not a single monster could be found.
Chara looked down.
Dust.
Piles, and piles, of dust.
Chara began to worry, what happened to Asriel? Was he still alive?
He better be.
He almost dropped the knife he was holding.
What if the "person" had not only killed his brother, but maybe killed his mother and father? His friends?
Chara chuckled. Whoever is murdering these poor innocent monsters is horrible. They are the real monster.
Maybe Y/N just randomly decided to do a genocide run when everything was perfect? He chuckled. A sweet, kind, and beautiful girl would never do this. That would mean either Frisk or another human is murdering everyone.
Chara began walking. He saw footprints in the snow.
He followed them, curious to see where they went. The monster was walking toward Waterfall.
Chara's eyes widened and stopped walking. He tried to scream, but no sound would come out.
Y/N had murdered a monster.
"P-please, don't h-hurt me.."
"Oh, shut up. It'll be over in a minute!" He watched as you stabbed the poor monster, who was screaming.
His eyes then went to a jar that you held close. It had some dust in it.
He watched as you brought the jar close to your face. He listened to you speak to it.
"Oh, Asriel. How are you doing?"
Silence.
"Thats good, partner. You'll be seeing your brother soon. He'll see you and he'll be amazed at how BEAUTIFUL you look now!"
You started giggling as you began to walk again, and then the giggling turned into laughter. You kicked the dust, not bothering to look at it.
Chara followed you, watching as you killed all the poor innocent monsters. He watched you trick the four year old everyone loved to come out from a hiding spot and then kill them.
Frisk...
You continued to kill the monsters. You killed Sans, Asgore, and Toriel.
You were pinned against a wall by Chara. You smiled while you looked at him. Chara, however, kept a straight face.
He brought his knife to your neck. "Why?" He said, on the verge of tears.
Your smile widened. "Why not? Why not kill every single one of those bastards?"
Chara stayed quiet, and kept his knife close to your neck.
"Well, except for Jerry. He'll just die without having WiFi." You continued.
You pushed Chara away and threw the jar onto the ground in front of him. The jar broke into pieces.
Chara's eyes widened. He got up and walked towards you and stared at you for a moment before kissing you.
You were too shocked to kiss back. "I've always loved you. I'm sorry but,"
A knife went into your back.
"I have to do this. Reset, and I'll meet you in Snowdin. I have an important question for you."
He then pulled the knife out. "Make sure you don't kill anyone too, partner."
You fell to the ground, while Chara just stood there.
He smiled.
"I love you."
