Dear Dreams,
Stop being about Carter.
Thanks.
Sincerely, the dreamer. You probably can tell by my journal entry that I have been dreaming about him. Let me tell you... it is not fun. Actually it crushes you more. Knowing that there's a chance he might like me or he might not kills me inside. There's also the feeling of wanting to know and not wanting to know because you're too afraid the answer would hurt even more.
*I've got a fire for a heart
I'm not scared of the dark
You've never seen it look so easy*And there goes Madey.
Wait a minute where's my phone?
"Crap, where are you phone!" I rolled around in my chair searching for my electrical device.
I've checked underneath my pillows, blankets and teddy bears.
No luck.
Then it started to ring again. Only this time I heard it fall. But where!
*I've got a fire for a heart
I'm not scared of the dark
You've never seen it look so easy*"Errrg okay Madey, I'm coming!" Don't you just hate losing your phone? Then it starts to vibrate, sliding into other places where you've already looked!
The last spot I have not checked. Behind the bed. Low and behold there it was, in a boot actually.
"Aha, found you! How did this boot get here in the first place?"
Do not judge thou. I am not the only person who has talked to themselves. (Okay you can judge me for saying thou, thought it was pretty funny!)
'Ding Dong..'
There goes the doorbell. Who could possible be at the door? As always when I'm home alone, I grabbed my bat but this time I'm fully clothe with my boots on.
'Ding Dong..'
"Coming!" I shouted running from the stairs. "Who's there?"
"Jacket." What is he doing here! "You would've known if you answered your phone."
I opened the door to him standing with stuff in his hands. "What're you doing here already Carter?"
"Why do you always have a bat?"
"Answer my question."
"It's move in day. Michael didn't tell you?"
"No, but my mom knew. She made me put your room together with her. This whole thing was a setup!" My mom set me up. She's clever, had me make up his room and didn't ask me if I was coming to church this morning all because some how she knows I like Carter. Ooo I'm going to get her when she gets home.
"Whatever you're talking about can wait. I'm cold, you think you could help me?" I opened the door wider so he could come in.
