Red and Green (Ben 10 Omniverse)

Chapter 3: True Strength

    "Ben!" Gwen yelled as she and Rook walked around Undertown, Rook was asking the locals, so she was stuck with calling him out like a dog. Gwen cupped her hands around her mouth and kept yelling for Ben, but to no avail, he didn't respond. After a short while, Gwen decided to track him with her magic, she asked "Rook, can you go get Ben's jacket please?" Rook nodded and started towards the truck. Gwen thought 'Don't worry, Ben, we're coming...'

    "Ahhh!" Ben screamed in pain as Albedo raked his claws down his chest, leaving a red stain on his green and black shirt. Albedo smirked, showing once again, his fangs, "You are such a fool, Tennyson, pity you could not see your wretched partner before you died!" Ben wheezed, "Al-Albe-be-do...the-they're com-coming for m-me...an-and yo-you kn-know it..." Albedo's eyes narrowed to a glare, his smirk turned into a frown, "Yes, I know, but will they be here in enough time? That's the question!" Albedo put his foot on Ben's bleeding chest, and smirked "It's very clear that I have won." He held his claws against the light making them glisten, "You have wasted your time trying to fight back!" Ben growled weakly, his eyes starting to glow green, Albedo fell to the ground "What?!" Ben's Omnitrix began to beep and said in it's robotic voice "Bearer is close to death, time to deploy SEQUENCE 8.." As soon as it finished, Ben was lifted into the air, his eyes eerily glowing green, and was turned into a huge, masculine wolf-thing, with drool dripping from it's lips, and he growled in a low, double voice "Whose won now?"

   Gwen flicked open her eyes, "I've found him, and he's in danger!" Rook was already darting towards the truck, "We must hurry!" He called over his shoulder, Gwen pelted after him, her ponytail blowing fiercely in the wind. She hopped inside the truck and started directing Rook towards Ben's location, her voice shaky, Rook glanced at her and asked "What is wrong? Is he dying?!" Gwen shook her head, and began to explain the huge wolf thing Ben had turned into, "It's never happened before, even when he was in grave danger..." Rook gave her a reassuring-but-quick look, and pushed harder on the pedal, Gwen murmured "I hope it doesn't go to far..."

    Ben let out a huge roar and began to swing his new clawed fist around, trying to hit Albedo. Albedo was fearing for his life, Ben could see it, his red eyes held fear, for some reason, he liked it. Albedo tried to bounce up and claw him, but Ben caught him right before he made contact, "And just what do you think you're doing?" He smirked, his teeth long and yellow, drool dripped from his lips. Albedo's eyes were swallowed in fear, and he tried to kick his way out of Ben's grasp, but Ben just held tighter, and began to squeeze him. All of a sudden, Gwen and Rook busted through the door, and he let go, making Albedo fall to the ground, hitting his head. Then Ben's eyesight went red, and he couldn't control himself, he picked up Gwen and began to squeeze hard, she was screaming in pain, and Ben's conscience told him to stop but he couldn't....he couldn't control himself....
