Harry and Ginny arrived at St. Mungo's ten seconds after having left their home. While walking towards the reception desk, poor Ginny had her first contraction.

"It's alright dear, just breathe." whispered Harry, trying to sound comforting while rushing her to the desk.

"Hello, I'm Harry Potter and this is my wife Ginny Potter. We need to sign in." he said hurriedly. Ginny was leaning on his arm.

The blond receptionist just pointed to a clip board and said, "Sign in there." As Harry signed their names, the lady looked up from her magazine. "Oh Merlin. You're Harry Potter!" she said excitedly. Harry rolled his eyes. There was still some paparazzi who liked to snap pictures of him during major events or even during his private life moments. "Yes. Which way do we go?" he asked impatiently, with Ginny still leaning on him. The witch just pointed to the left. "I will notify your Healer." she said as they walked away. They entered the first empty room to the left and waited for their Healer.

A few minutes later, a plump little witch walked in smiling. She looked quite a bit like a gray-haired Mrs. Weasley. "Hello there Mr. and Mrs. Potter. I'm glad to see that this day has finally come." she said while running some test spells over Ginny. "Hello Healer Smitt." said Ginny. "Harry, you need to send a message to everyo- ooo!" exclaimed Ginny as she had another contraction. "Oh, she doesn't have too much longer now." said Smitt. "You should send a message to your family Mr. Potter. We have some owls that you may use." she kindly offered. "No thank you. I have another way of contacting them." replied Harry with a nod of thanks.

As Smitt left the room, Harry pulled out his wand and cast a Patronus."Ginny has gone into labour. The Healer said it won't be long now. Hurry." said Harry towards the stag. The animal bowed its head and disappeared to send the message.

Harry walked to stand next to the bed and grabbed Ginny's hand. They smiled at each other. "It's happening." said Ginny. Harry had never seen her so happy, not since their wedding day. "I know." he whispered as he bent to kiss her forehead.

All of a sudden, they heard many, many footsteps come quickly to their door. A moment later, the entire Weasley family, plus Teddy and Andromeda, burst into the room, all of them talking and worrying over Ginny. "It's alright everyone. I'm fine. It should be soon though." said Ginny. She yelled as she had a stronger contraction. She was beginning to sweat.

"Fleur, Andromeda, you should take Victoire and Teddy out into the waiting area. This won't be good for them to see." said Hermione with a quick glance at the children. Hermione herself was a few months pregnant. Her due date was in a month and a half. Ginny yelled again just as the kids had left.

Healer Smitt ran back in after hearing Ginny's cry. "Alright, I'm sorry to break this up but all of you should leave." she instructed. She looked over at Harry and Mrs. Weasley. "You may of course stay Mr. Potter, and so may you Mrs. Weasley. It's time." Harry and Mrs. Weasley and Ginny waved goodbye to the others as they went out into the lobby to wait. "Alright Mrs. Potter. It's time to start pushing."

So that's as much of the birth as you guys are going to read about. The rest of it will be the Weasleys waiting to meet the newest member of their family. I know that the labour was short, but I didn't want to drag it out. I am currently writing the next part, so it should be up soon. Leave comments, follow me, and keep on reading!
