Hatori's POV

When I had opened the door to the room right next to Akito's, I saw him beating the one girl that disappeared a few months ago. Misaki if I'm correct, I believe she is the Pegasus.

Akito killed her parents then took her and beat her, all because he didn't know that she was ever born. That wasn't right and she was very sick by the looks of her body.

We were now in the car, I was bringing her somewhere where he probably wouldn't find her. Where was a place like that?

'I got it,' I thought as I headed in the direction of Shigure's house. She would be safe there for now, until the time comes where he gets close to finding her.

A few minutes later I pulled up to Shigure's house. I walked up to the door, knocked, then waited.

After a few seconds, Yuki opened the door. "Hello Hatori, what are you doing here," he said calmly.

"I have come to talk to Shigure, please tell him to come out here right away. I have something important to tell him."

"I'll go get him, wait here," he says. He turns around and walks to another room. Shigure comes out a few minutes later and walks up to me.

"What do you want to talk about Hatori," he says in his usual child like way. "Is something the matter?"

"Misaki needs a place to stay and she needs to keep hidden from Akito. She's been missing for a few months and today I found Akito beating her."

"Why couldn't she have just run away from there herself?" His voice turned serious as he said this.

"She is crippled from the hips down, she wouldn't get very far like that." I explained everything to him and he quietly nodded in understandment.

"Can she please stay here for now. she can't go back there, she will die if it keeps on going on like that,"I asked, I was a little worried from wether he would say yes.

"Sure Hatori, where is she right now?"

"She was sleeping in the car when we got here so she should still be there."

With that said, we went to the car and in the back seat I could see her still sleeping. "Wow, she sure can sleep for a long time," Shigure said, again acting childish.

As he said that, her eyes slowly opened showing here eyes. "Hatori, who is that guy," she said still half asleep.

"This is Shigure Sohma, you will be living with him and your cousins here, at his house."

She looked up at him then back at me. Slowly lifting her arms up, I took that as the sign to pick her up and so I did. After I made sure she didn't fall out of my arms I asked Shigure where she could sleep.

"I will have Yuki take her to her room," he said. He went inside and came back with Yuki.

"Yuki, please take Misaki up to the spare bedroom that is across from your room." Yuki nodded then took her from me and walked inside.

Yuki's POV

"Yuki, please take Misaki up to the spare bedroom that is across from your room."

I nodded then took her out of Hatori's arms, walking inside. I walked up the stairs to the bedroom that was across the hall from mine and layed her small body down on the bed.

'I heard that she was involved with Akito but what really happened to her,' I thought that as I walked downstairs.

As I was heading to the living room I heard Hatori and Shigure talking.

"She's a Sohma? If she is one, than what zodiac is she Hatori?"

"This may seem weird, but she is the Pegasus. Yes, I know that the Pegasus is not a real animal. The thing is that there were no more animals that she could be so she got the mix of her parents, an eagle and a horse."

"I have one question for you about why she is being hidden from Akito. Why did Akito hate her so much that he would beat her?"

"Akito never knew she was born in the first place and a few months ago, he found out about her and got angry that she was already 5 by the time he found out. He killed her parents then took her and beat her. I just found this out today though that she is actually stronger than Akito."

"Someone stronger than him, how is that possible?"

"No one knows the answer to that. All I know is that you have to make sure Akito never finds her."

I walked away after I heard that. She wasn't any normal 5 year old Sohma.
