This is my original idea and I'm actually so happy with it so enjoy.

He loves me

The day Dylan and I met was somewhat special, if that's even what you would call it. Maybe a miracle is more of a fit word.

High school is never an easy time for anyone and it wasn't exactly going as planned for me. With homework and stress over flowing my mind I was always agitated for what would come next.

A good friend Max asked me to spend the weekend over at his place. He told me that I needed to relax for once and that he would introduce me to some of his friends. (Wink wink) The first smile on a while rested on my face as I knocked three times on his door.

An unfamiliar face swung the door open. "Hi I'm Ryan." He held his hand out as an offer to step inside.

"Y/n." I smiled at the boy who was very much intrigued with my chest area. "You must be Max's friend." I said walking into the well familiar kitchen. He smirked at me and let himself stand next to me.

Another boy was rummaging through the fridge probably looking for junk food and all that. He whipped around to look at my new "buddy" and I.

"That's Ben." Ryan said to me.

"Hey there." Ben showed his teeth in a very large grin as he shoved a couple chips in his mouth.

"Y/n!"

Max ran into the kitchen and hugged me. "I'm so glad you could make it. Come quick the band is about to play another song." He grabbed my hand and pulled me into the famous garage that belongs to Slow Kids At Play. I had never really met anyone in the band but Max always talked about how great everyone was.

My heart leaped when I made eye contact with the cutest drummer I've ever seen. His shirt was obviously off and the moles on his face were perfectly placed.

I stood in front of max waiting for him to sing. Cute boy started playing drums and such. "Sitting by the bonfire." Cute. I wonder who came up with that idea.

Max danced around me and his friends stared greedily. It was almost like they wanted to be him in that moment. I laughed until tears poured from my eyes as Max did the funniest pose ever. He's never failed a day to make me smile.

After the performance I decided I would head inside to get something to eat. Of course little drummer boy was sitting on the counter, now may I add with his shirt back on. I tried to avoid him thinking that if I tried to talk I would stutter, but it was inevitable to go unnoticed. "Hey, Y/n right?"

I winced before turning on my heel to face him and give him a petite smile. "And you are?"

"Dylan." He jumped off of the counter to walk closer to me. I'm sure he could hear my heart beating. "The drummer."

"Yes the drummer." I awkwardly stood there not knowing what to do.

He rubbed the back of his neck. "Well sometimes I sing." He shyly said looking towards the tiled kitchen floor. "But you and Max are just friends right."

"Right."
