"ouch not too hard, im not brick headed like you people." Regina said as i combed her hair. She was acting funny today, maybe she broke up with a boy again i don't know.

"Sorry,"  i said as i started to sort the pins to put in her hair.

"So i saw you and klaus yesterday at the market you two seem close." She looked at my reflection in the mirror.

"not that much we are just friends." I said, a bit sad at the fact that that's all we are.

"just friends? Well i guess that's alright i mean if it was anything else..."

"what are you trying to say?" I stop putting pins in her and look at her.

"well for a man of his status it wouldn't be appropriate to be with a silly girl who lives in a hut"

"excuse me!?"

"I'm just watching out for you dear, men like that would only use girls like you to their advantage, think about it your not rich what else could you give that he cant get from any one else? Trust me Alex he's using you."

Could she be right? Could klaus really be using me to 'get' with me

"and besides you have a thing for Ramon who you have been in love with since child hood no? Trust me Alex stay with what you have and can actually get."

What i can actually get??? Regina notices the offended look on my face and turns to me.

"Don't be hurt honey but you know what i say is true, you can be friends with klaus but that's pretty much you can have of a man like that, friend ship."

I don't say anything i just let her talk and at the end she hugs me and dismisses me for the rest of the day.

I leave her house and walk around town. I go to the small park i went to with klaus and sat at the gazebo.

I sit there and look around.

I look for a group that has nobles and humbles socializing, but i don't see any. The rich are with the rich and the humbles are with the humbles. Two worlds living in one.

Maybe Regina is right, there can't be a future with klaus.

"Hey shrimp." I turn around and see Ramon behind me. He circles around the gazebo and sits next to me.

"Hey ram." I place my head on his shoulder Like i always do to say hello he places his head on top of mine.

"we haven't been together for some time, i don't see you around anymore." He looks at me with a poutty face.

"I'm sorry i have been really busy lately with work."

"with work or with a guy."

My eyes widen and i look at him

"What do you mean Ramon?"

"I say you with that money bags guy, he looks pretty rich no wonder you would rather spend time with him than me."

"Its not like that, he saved my life a few nights ago and now we are just friends."

He reaches into his oicket and pulled out a blue orchid.

"I found it near the water fall and thought of you, i want you to have it."

"Oh my gosh! Its beautiful these are my favorite!" I say as he places it in my hair.

"There, an exotic flower for an exotic flower." His hand brushes my cheek.

"Alex i know that you have many options but i have loved you since we where kids and i couldn't keep it a secret anymore. I love you Alexandra." He puts his hands on each side of my face and pulls me in for a kiss. His lips tasted a bit of sea water mixed with honey. I have dreamed of this moment for a long time and now that it was happening i felt...nothing.

I pushed him slowly away from him and there was a confused glance in his face.

"Ramon I'm sorry but i need to think about what just happened."

He gets a frown on his face then he chuckles a bit.

"You need to think haha alright, but sooner or later," he pulls in my face.again, "you'll know how much i want you and maybe you'll want me back." He places a small peck on my cheek. "think about it beautiful." I watch him walk away.

He loves me......

As i stand i notice something at the corner of my eye, it was klaus.... With Regina...... Kissing.....
