Monday morning came far too quickly
Yesterday was spent watching the television and eating food, you know the average Sunday, but I also added Jamie, the cashier guy, to my contacts and was texting him pretty much all day. He turned out to be a pretty cool guy. He isn't cocky and isn't too sweet, he is right in the middle, he plays soccer and also told me he might be able to get me a discount at the cinema which you know is cool.

"Hey Oliver how was Saturday night with that girl?" I wiggle my eyebrows at him as he walks up to my locker

"Not so great" he sighed

"Awe what happened?"

"Well it was all going great and we were getting on so well and then you never guess what fucking happened"

"What?"

"This guy walks in and comes to us and asks me what the hell I think I'm doing so I tell him it straight that I was on a date with her and he threatened me, only goes to turn out he was her fucking boyfriend of two years"

My mouth literally falls open when he tells me this
"No way!!"

"Yup" he says while leaning on the locker next to mine

"Where's Hollie any ways?" I ask Oliver

"Oh she isn't coming in, she said she isn't feeling too good or something"

"Awe poor Hollie, I hope she isn't feeling too sick"

Later that day in English

"Hey hot stuff, you going to Bernie's tonight?"

"First of all hot stuff? And to answer your question yeah I'm going to Bernie's tonight why?"

"Feisty, I like it, and I was going to ask do you want me to give you a lift there?"

"No I don't, I will take the bus"

"Great so I will pick you up at six" the bell went as he said it and he walked out the classroom as he finished his sentence

"No" I mumbled knowing he wouldn't be able to hear me, don't worry Carmen he doesn't even know where you live so you're safe.

I meet Oliver at my locker at dinner and we walk to the cafeteria and take our seats, Oliver sits opposite me.

"So you n Trystan huh?" Oliver asks me.

"What?!? No" I reply utterly surprised.

"That's not what he is saying, he says he's picking you up for a date tonight?"

"What no he isn't picking me up for a date he is just giving me a lift to Bernie's tonight and against my response I gave him as well"

"Do you want me to sort him out for you because I will?"

"That's sweet Oliver but I can take care of him myself and no offence Olly but he would probably kill you in a fight even by accident"

"Oh gee thanks, I don't even know why people say no offence right before they say something really offensive"

"To soften the blow" I laugh

He just scowled at me so I scowled back sticking my tongue out for extra effect

Ok so it's five thirty and in half an hour Tristan is meant to be at my house, why am I feeling so nervous.

I braid my brown hair into a French braid and scowl at the little bits that are too short and stick out of the braid. Putting my hoodie on and pack my bag, I walk downstairs to put a bottle of water in my bag.

"You want to hurry honey you will miss the bus, you know they only come once every hour" my mum points out

"I aren't getting bus today actually" I say, then gulp remembering that they hate Trystan, they would kill me and him if they knew he was giving me a lift.

"No? How are you getting there?"

"Uh Logan said he would give me a ride" I lie

"Ok well I hope there's nothing going on there all the guys at your gym are way too old for you"

"Not all of them" I mutter under my breath

"If you're talking about Trystan then forget it, you know how much we despise that boy"

I walk out the kitchen and text Trystan

Park around the corner of my house X

Okay, any reason why? I'm here by the way x

I will explain in the car x

"Bye mum, I'm going now"

I walk out the door and to Tristan's car

"Sorry it's just my mum and dad are strict with guys Yano"

"It's okay"

I smile at him and he drives to the gym.
