Trystan POV
Over these passed two days I've been receiving a lot of messages from Carmen apologising to me and pleading me to forgive her but the truth is, there is nothing to forgive, I aren't angry at her for wanting to do it I just I'm so worried, what if she gets seriously hurt
Part of me wants to just move on and leave her to it because it would be easier than see her hurt but all of me knows that, that is impossible and I know I won't be able to leave her
My heart still races each time she texts, just hoping she will drop out the fight, but it's something she really wants to do, I have come to a conclusion
I should support her, if I can't persuade her to not do it then all I can do is make sure she doesn't get hurt.
I simply text her
'We should talk xxx'She replied instantly
'Come round when you can xxx'
I lock my phone and shove it in my jeans pocket before tying on my shoes and heading out the door, the drive seemed longer than normal but I soon arrived
When I arrived Carmen was sat slouched on her door step her chin resting on her knees as her finger traced patterns in the stones.
She looked up to meet my eyes as my shadow looked over her.
She stood up looking shy
"Look I'm-"
"Don't apologise Carmen" I cut her off "you have nothing to apologise for, it's your choice and even though I don't agree with it I know all I can do is support you" I breath out and she sighs looking relieved
She smiles at me and leaps forwards wrapping her arms around my torso, nuzzling her head into my body, I smile returning the hug and smiling into her hair."You want to go somewhere?" I ask her
"Sure" she leads me to my car
I drive her to Rizzo, this fancy restaurant not far from home
She hooks my arm as we walk in and a young blonde shows us to your table.
We sit down and she smiles to me biting her lip seductively
"Could I get you any drinks?" She cooed
I nearly laughed noticing the scowl on Carmen's face
"My girlfriend and I would love a bit of champagne" I smile holding Carmen's hand seeing her smile, looking a little embarrassed
The waitress on the other hand looked quite annoyed almost as she turned and went to grab two glasses and some Cava.
I smile to Carmen
"So how long have we been together then?" She smirks at me
Ah the good old test
"Six months two weeks and four days" I smirk proudly at her
She looks quite shocked
"Wow I'm impressed" she giggled
"So what are you doing afterwards?"
"I'm actually going shopping with the girls for some new gym stuff"
"Sounds err... boring" I joke to her
"You wouldn't be saying that if I was talking about shopping for lingerie"
"Babe I'd be asking for you to model the for me when you got home" I laugh causing her to go bright red
The waitress then placed the drinks down and asks "have you decided on what to eat?" The waitress says now quite snappy
"Uh I'll have the steak and my girlfriend shall have the chicken" I wink to Carmen knowing what her favourite is
She smiles at me as the waitress disappears again.
"You know that?"
"Sure" I smile to her shrugging
Of course I know what her favourite is
"What else do you know?"
"That your favourite colour is light orange because you feel like people don't pay enough attention to it. I know that you get a crease right here when you laugh" I say pointing to a part in my forehead where it would be on her face
"I know you can't sleep if the door is open, I know you twist your hair when you're scared, I know how your eyes look darker when you are sad" I hold her hand
She is staring at me looking all gooey eyed
"I... I didn't know you noticed all that about me"
"Of course I did, I find you very interesting"
We are again interrupted by the waitress who places down our food.
"Thanks" Carmen mutters
"So how long do I have you until your friends steal you away from me?"
She chuckles "well, I'm meeting Hollie in town at 3"
I check my watch "so I only have you for two hours"
"Don't cry" she chuckles again "I bet Max is free"
"Yeah"
We carry on with dinner, laughing and joking around like always, but soon enough we had to leave
"Do you want me to drop you off in town?" I ask Carmen as we leave the restaurant
"Yeah sure, thanks"
"It no problem" I shrug it off
