Descendants Get Frozen Over

Have A Not So Happy Birthday

Carlos wakes to hear a knock at the door. He looks around to see Eli and Jay still sleeping. He slides his legs out of bed and walk over to the door and open it. On the floor is a package wrapped up in a black and white spotted paper with a red bow. The card showed that it was for him. He picks it up and walks back into the room and places the box on the desk. He pulls the bow and the box unfolds to show a chocolate cake reading:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY
Carlos!!

He smiles and looks over at Eli sleeping and he goes and cuts a slice and sits on the couch to eat it. The alarm goes off and gets shut off. A pair of hand cover his eyes and Eli whispers in his ear.

"Happy Birthday."

Carlos turns to look at Eli and smiles.

"Thanks, and thanks for the cake."

Eli got a confused look as he looked at the plate on Carlos lap.

"I didn't get you a cake."

"Oh I guess Mal or Evie did. Most likely Evie as Mal never liked celebrating anything, and I never told anyone other than you my birthday"

"Right, but I do have a gift for you."

"Where is it?"

Eli places his arms around Carlos's and leans in and kisses him. The plate clatters to the floor as Carlos goes limp in shock. When Eli pulls away Carlos just continues to stare.

"So?" Eli asks smiling.

"Wow."

"Oh, you dropped your cake. I'll go get us a new slice. The we'll go to school." Eli gets up and brings the entire cake back to the couch.

"I thought you were getting slices?"

"I was until I saw it was triple chocolate."

"How are we not fat."

"Magic burns calories like crazy. You I don't know."

Jay choose that moment to fall off the bed and wake up.

"I'm up!!"

Mal walks to her locker holding her present for Carlos when Hannah leans against the locker next to her.

"What do you want Hannah." Mal asks.

"Am I not allowed to say hi to a freind?"

"After what you did at family day. We're not friends. That and I have a feeling you stole my spell book."

Hannah's eyes grew wide in shock.

"What?! Someone stole your book?"

"So you didn't do it?" Mal asks making eye contact with Hannah, turning both of their eyes a glowing green. Hannah struggled to fight against the spell.

"Fine! I stole the book here!" She yelled pulling Mals spell out of her purse. Mal snatched it out of her hand.

"Why did you take it?"

"So I could get revenge."

"What did you do?"

"What villains do best. Destroy happy endings"

Mal burst into Eli and Carlos dorm room to find them on the couch finishing a cake.

"Where did you get that!" She demands

"I thought you or Evie left it?" Carlos says.

"No, Hannah stole my spell book and made a Hate Spell and made a cake with it." Eli drops his fork and Carlos looks at the cake. Then they both  look up at each other.

"I don't think it worked."

"Why, you guys don't feel any burning  rage? Distaste towards each other?"

"No nothing." Mal breaths a sigh of relief.

"OK let's go to class."

The morning  passed with no problems and during second period they had Fairy Godmother check the remainder of the cake for any signs of a magic.

"Its clear, I will be talking to Hannah and her father." She says before walking off. Eli combs his hand through his hair.

"Guess we dodged a bullet there huh?" He asks. Carlos goes over and hugs him.

"Its don't know what I would do if I was spelled against you."

"And since I have magic, I seriously  could have hurt you. I don't know if I could have lived with my self."

"I love you so much." Carlos says tears starting to roll down his face.

"I love you too."

Carlos was sitting in Goodness Class waiting for Fairy Godmother to get there. When the bell rings everyone  looks around confused. Evie looks over to Greta.

"OK this is strange, she's never late." Evie says just as the lights go out.

All of their Auradon friends walk into the room singing Happy Birthday and Fairy Godmother is holding a plate covered with enough cupcakes for everyone. In the middle their was a big cupcake big enough for two people with:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY
Carlos!!

Written on it. Fairy Godmother placed the plate on the table in front of Carlos who had buried his face in his hands in embarrassment. Eli walks over and kissed him on the check, and he looks up. When every one stops he closes his eyes and blows out the candles. He picks up the large Cupcake and takes a bite out of hit and hands it to Eli who laughs and takes a bite.

"So Carlos, what did you wish for?" Hannah asks with a smirk. Mal looses her smile at the same time Carlos responds to Hannah while looking at Eli.

"That me and Eli will be together  forever." Mal turns and tackles Hannah and pins her to the ground.

"You didn't make a cake did you?!" She yells.

"Of course we did. We made a Cupcake." She says laughing. A cold breeze bloes through the room as everyone slowly turned to face Carlos and Eli who were no longer looking at each other with love filled eyes, as now the love had turned to a burning rage. The desk had iced over. And snow was falling around the two.

"Oh no" Mal whispers
