Chapter 24: Is she going to be okay?!

Heya guys!! So this is a special update!! Why? Well because my friend Charlie asked me to update, NOW!! So I am doing this as fast as possible for her so if there are mess ups I apologize ahead of time.

Niall's POV: 

I came back over to Bella after I had gotten off of the phone. I told her that she gets to go on tour with us and the lads, (sorry if I had said anywhere in the past part of the book that she is going on tour with them, changing it to where she finds out now.) and she froze. I tried getting her attention, as I watched her eyes roll and she started to sway. As her eyes closed I caught her before she could hit the ground. 

I sat her on the bench and called 999. (Britain's 911)

"Emergency line, how may I help you?" asked the lady on the other side of the line. 

"I was talking to me girlfriend and she passed out." I rushed out trying to make this quick. 

"Okay, calm down. Can you tell me your whereabouts?" She asked, trying to calm me down. 

"Um, er... Outside a little cafe, (The cafe is closed) Cafe Jay on Harmony Street." I said checking the road sign. 

"Okay, an ambulance is on the way." She replied. 

"Thank you." I whisper as I hang up the phone. I walk over to Bella and stoke her cheek. "Please be okay. I love you so much." I whisper to her as a tear falls down my cheek. 

Now I understand I may be overreacting, but its Bella. A shitload could be wrong. 

Finally, I hear the sirens as the lights come into sight. I stand up and wave a little to get their attention. They pull over and pull out a stretcher. 

"Son, you have to ride with her." Says a doctor. He sounds American? Canadian? I'm not sure.. 

"Okay.." I reply hopping into the back of the white vehicle while they hook machines up to her pale body. Finally, they settle down as we pull into the hospital lot. The back doors fly open and they pull Bella out with me following closely behind. 

"Go sit in the waiting room. I'll send a nurse out for you later with information." I nod to the doctor. He starts to walk away but turns back to me. "Oh, and call your guys' friends. I'm sure they'd like to know." He smiles and then walks away before I can say anything. I guess he is right.. 

I go to the waiting room and sit in the uncomfortable chairs. I pull out my phone and open a new group message adding the boys and girls into it. 

"Hey, just thought I'd let you know Bella's in the hospital. I'll explain later! x"

Not even five minutes later, my phone was blown up with about 10 messages asking if she was okay and that they are on their way. Oh boy... This is going to be all over the news by tonight. After about 10 minutes everyone but Amaya and Liam were here. Weird... 

"Has anyone seen Liam and Amaya?" I ask letting my thoughts out. I look over to Lou who looks at Harry who looks at Charlie who looks at Zayn who looks at Perrie who looks at me. "Um.. Anyone going to answer?" I ask getting kinda ticked. 

Perrie smiles, "Liam did something very sweet for Amaya, so I don't think they'll be here for a bit." I nod. That's understandable. I mean, I wouldn't want someone interrupting me when I'm doing something special with my girlfriend. 

"Okay. That's fine. I mean I wouldn't want someone interrupting me doing something special for my girlfriend." I smile down at my hands in my lap noticing what I just said when they don't even know that we are back together yet. 

"Wait, wait, wait!! Niall!!!!! ARE YOU AND BELLA BACK TOGETHER?!" Screamed the two girls plus Louis. I blush and nod. I look back up to see Harry mad, Louis smirking and the girls grinning like they won a trophy. And Zayn is just looking up from his phone completely confused. Oh Zayn..

"Ummm..... Guys please stop looking at me like that. It's kinda creepy.." I say getting creeped out. I look over to Harry who is fuming. Guess I was right on who he liked then. Bella, always Bella Harry. Why can't you just back off for once. You should've tried to get her while you had the chance. She's mine and always will be because we love eachother and it will always be like that. Sorry. 

This is weird. Having an internal battle against Harry that he doesn't even know about. Wow I'm just amazing.. 

"Niall Horan?" I draw my attention over to the nurse standing in the door way. I stand up a little to fast and get light headed, but once I recover I ask her how Bella is doing. "Please come with me Niall. I have to talk to you about something," she paused and looked at the others, "in private." 

I follow her down the hallway to who knows where and the first thing I see when she opens the door to Bella's room kills me. My Princess is hooked up to many machines it just kills me. Oh my gosh. I look over at the nurse who is giving me a sympathetic smile. "Can you please tell me what happened?" I ask. My voice cracked at the end. 

"Well whatever you had talked to her about sent her into shock, which at the moment wasn't a good thing, but when we got her here we ran test and in the process of doing that she had pressure on her brain causeing it to suffacate. It put her into a coma. When we checked the scans we found a brain tumor. We also did scans on the rest of her body to make sure the tumor didn't spread." She looked down at her clipboard. "Um, did she ever do an eye twitch or did her fingers or anything else ever twitch that you knew of?" I think back to the time we were swimming in the back pull and I saw her kinda start to twitch. And she had always twitched in her sleep. 

"Uh, yes. One time when we were in a pool and a lot when she sleeps." I answer her back. I didn't notice I was crying till the nurse handed me a tissue. 

"Listen. The doctors and I are trying our best to help her out at the moment. When and..." She sighs.. "When and if she wakes up, try not putting a lot of stress on her and keep her from those paps and social media sites. A lot of that could have caused stress induced tumers. Which can turn into what she has. I'm sorry." She says and walks out of the room. I walk over to her bed and sit in the chair beside it. 

"Looks like I'm here with you till the end Bells. I won't leave your side till you make it through this. Even then I will always be with you. Please just be okay. I love you. The girls and boys love you. Harry loves you." I whisper, taking her hand in mine. 

"WOW. Is she okay?!?!? Oh my gosh ! Why didn't anyone tell me something was wrong! Oh em gee!! Liam! Next time make sure you answer your phone. Got it!?" Amaya made it, with Liam I'm guessing. 

I didn't even notice the others walk in till I heard a loud gasp and a loud, "IS SHE GOING TO BE OKAY?!"
