Chapter 28: Waking Up and Explaining

Bella's POV:

Wait.. Niall?!?! "Niall is your father?! Niall raped me? NIALL?!" I said getting louder with each word. I couldn't believe what I was hearing.. Niall.. My Niall.. 

"I'm sorry mommy.. But yes. Niall is my daddy. He doesn't remember, he didn't even remember you. Liam knows that you two have met previously. Grandma even knows, but she wouldn't tell you because you were happy." Lilly says. She is a really smart kid. I'd never imagine a kid her age talking like that.. Wow.. 

"How am I supposed to know if I could trust that? How am I going to know that he didn't do it on purpose and is just with me because he knew everything that went down, but is keeping it all from Liam?" I ask slightly disgusted from hearing this.

"Niall doesn't know. He didn't know about Lillian, and that's your place to tell him. Don't go hard on him; he was slightly intoxicated when it happened." Said the voice. Wow, I still have no idea where that is coming from. 

"Go back mommy. Daddy needs you." Lilly said to me. I look down at her with tears in my eyes, and they start coming down when she says the four words I won't hear from a baby of mine in a while. "I love you mommy." 

Everything around me started to go black, and only then did I realize that she was gone and that I felt a heavy weight on my chest. 

I felt as if I had stopped breathing and everything else just stopped. Like my whole body is paralyzed. I couldn't move or anything, and frankly, that scared me. 

Suddenly I felt the weight off of my chest and I could feel my body again. I could hear a machine starting to beat slowly again and I heard a few voices saying, "Happened..?" All in unison. Honestly, I want to know what happened myself. 

"Someone go get Mr. Horan. I need to speak with him." Said an american voice. 

Right then and there is when I remembered everything. From my first day at school, to the night Niall did that to me, and to the time Niall told me I get to go on tour with the him and the others. I remembered everything, and some of it, I don't even think I want to remember. I'm glad I do though, because I now remember everything as to what happened from beginning to end. 

I slowly started to pry my eyes open when I heard the door open and voices flow in. "Ahh, Mr. Horan," Niall I assume is who he is speaking to. "Now as you probably already know, Miss. Isabella here went into Cardiac Arrest." There was a slight pause and I figured this is where Niall is nodding his head. "Well, when we were in the process of reviving her, her heart had stopped." I was now looking up at the bright ceiling trying hard not to gasp and sit up. "When I went to record her TOD (Time of Death), her heart monitor started beating again. I'm taking a wild guess and saying that she didn't want to leave you, or it just wasn't her time to go, but this is truly a miracle. She is a special girl. Be careful with her." I heard a very low voice agreeing to what Dr. Mitchell had said and then footsteps leading to the door. I snapped my eyes shut, thinking that Niall was going to walk over to me.
