Her voice. Her voice was all Daryl could think about. It sounded like an angel from heaven. He stood by Hershel and Rick while she sang her heart out. He's heard the song plenty of times before all of this happened, but she sang it better than the original person. He's sure that if the walkers never started well, walking she would have become a singer. She finished and everyone clapped. He could tell she was a little embarrased by the recognization everyone was giving her. Judith started to cry from her cell and Beth went to her. Daryl couldn't sleep that night. His dreams were full of her, and she just wouldn't get out of them. He heard a cry and just waited for Judith to stop. She never did. He heard Beth starting to beg for Judith to quiet down. He got up and went to her. When he got there Beth had tears in her eyes. "You alrigh'?" Daryl asked. "She won't go back to sleep. We ran out of formula and she's hungry and I don't know what to do." Beth said frantically. "I'll go on a run tomorrow, what all do you need?" "I'll go with you." Daryl just stared at her. "I've been training with Michonne, I'll be ok." "You'll have ta ask yer pops." Daryl said. "I will, but I'm not a fragile little girl anymore. I want to live I was stupid and tried to kill myself at the farm and I was weak, but I can help now." "Ask yer pops and we'll see." "Alright." Beth said. They didn't notice it but Judith had stopped crying a while ago. "Goodnight Daryl." " G'night Beth." Daryl said. Daryl went to his cell and finally sleep took over.
